Abstract

Claims (10)
- 骨マスク(82)を生成する方法であって、
画像データ集合(70)を収集する段階と、
前記画像データ集合(70)を前処理して少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上のシードポイント及び1つ又はそれ以上の構造エッジを自動的に計算する段階(72)と、
前記画像データ集合(70)から事前骨マスク(76)を生成する段階(116)と、
前記1つ又はそれ以上のシードポイント、前記1つ又はそれ以上の構造エッジ、及び前記画像データ(70)を用いて血管構造(78)を自動的に確定する段階(118)と、
前記事前骨マスク(76)から前記血管構造(78)をサブトラクトして骨マスク(82)を生成する段階(80)と、
を含む方法。 - 前記画像データ集合(70)から前記骨マスク(82)をサブトラクトして無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)を生成する段階(84)を含む請求項1に記載の方法。

前記X線源(12)を制御し且つデータ収集システム(34)を介して1つ又はそれ以上の前記検出器素子から画像データのセット(70)を収集するように構成されたシステム制御装置(24)と、
前記画像データのセット(70)を受け取り、前記画像データのセット(70)を前処理して(72)少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上のシードポイント及び1つ又はそれ以上の構造エッジを自動的に計算し、前記画像データのセット(70)から事前骨マスク(76)を生成し(116)、前記1つ又はそれ以上のシードポイント、前記1つ又はそれ以上の構造エッジ、及び前記画像データのセット(70)を用いて血管構造(78)を自動的に確定し(118)、前記事前骨マスク(76)から前記血管構造(78)をサブトラクトして(80)骨マスク(82)を生成するように構成されたコンピュータシステム(36)と、
を備えるCT画像分析システム(10)。 - 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、前記画像データのセット(70)から前記骨マスク(82)をサブトラクトして(84)無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)を生成するように構成されている請求項6に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、前記無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)をレンダリングして無骨ボリュームレンダリングを生成するように構成されている請求項7に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、隣接するボクセルに対する各ボクセルの最大絶対勾配を求める(110)ことで前記1つ又はそれ以上の構造エッジを計算することにより前記画像データのセット(70)を前処理する(72)ように構成されている請求項6に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、動的限定領域成長プロセス、バブル波接続プロセス、及び放射線・輪郭伝播プロセスのうちの少なくとも1つを適用することにより前記血管構造(78)を自動的に確定する(118)ように構成されている請求項6に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
