Description
Claims (11)
- 生物組織の可視化システムであって、
3次元位置とその位置における物理特性とに関する情報を含む第1のデータセットを取得する第1の装置と、
3次元位置とその位置における物理特性とに関する情報を含む第2のデータセットを取得する第2の装置と、
前記第1の装置及び第2の装置に接続され、それぞれのデータセットを受け取って、生物組織の異なる領域を明確に区別するために生物組織のうちのある領域をマスクすなわち隠すことにより、各データセットを他方のデータセットの相補的情報に基づいて変更するデータ受取・処理部と、
視覚的出力手段と
を有し、
前記データ受取・処理部は、第1の装置と第2の装置からそれぞれ取得した前記2つの3次元画像データセットをレジスタする手段を有する、
前記システムは、前記レジスタする手段の上流にある、前記データセットの少なくとも一方に閾値を適用しフィルタをかける手段をさらに有し、
各データセットの変更は、頭蓋骨情報を見えなくするための、前記2つのデータセットのマージを含み、
前記第1のデータセットはコンピュータ断層撮影のデータセットであり、
前記第2のデータセットは3次元回転血管造影法のデータセットである、
システム。 - 両方のデータセットに同様に表されている所定ボリュームを特定する手段をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の、第2の、及び/またはこれらを結合した3次元画像データセットの所定平面における断面図を取得する手段をさらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記データセット内の前記データの位置及び/または前記データセットに含まれる特性に基づいてデータを透明にレンダリングする手段をさらに有する、請求項1乃至3いずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記データを所定ボリュームに透明にレンダリングする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 結合した3次元画像データセットの可視化手段は、血管に対応する所定経路に沿って実行される、請求項1乃至5いずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 生物組織の可視化方法であって、
第1の取得方法に基づく3次元データ取得に対応する第1のデータセットを取得する段階と、
第2の取得方法に基づく3次元データ取得に対応する第2のデータセットを取得する段階と、
前記2つのデータセットをレジスタする段階と、
前記2つのデータセットをレジスタする段階の前に、前記データセットの少なくとも一方に閾値を適用しフィルタをかける段階と、
前記データセットのそれぞれから相補的情報を抽出する段階であって、前記抽出する情報は調べる特性に関するものである段階と、
生物組織の異なる領域を明確に区別するために生物組織のうちのある領域をマスクすなわち隠すことにより、前記抽出した情報に基づいてそれぞれ他方のデータセットを変更する段階と
を有し、
各データセットを変更する段階は、頭蓋骨情報を見えなくするための、前記2つのデータセットをマージする段階を含み、
前記第1の取得方法はコンピュータ断層撮影方法であり、
前記第2の取得方法は3次元回転血管造影法である、
方法。 - 前記2つのデータセットをレジスタする段階の前に、両方のデータセット中の所定ボリュームを識別して、識別したボリュームを前記レジストレーション手段にレジストレーションのために返す段階を更に有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第1の、第2の、及び/または両方を結合した3次元画像データセットの所定平面における断面図を取得する段階をさらに有する、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記データセット内の前記データの位置と、前記データセットに含まれる特性と、及び/または所定ボリュームとに基づき、データを透明にレンダリングする段階を更に有する、請求項7乃至9いずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 血管である所定経路に沿って、結合した3次元データセットを表示する段階を更に有する、請求項7乃至10いずれか一項に記載の方法。
