Claims (10)
- 被検体から収集した画像データ集合に基づいて骨マスク(82)を生成する方法であって、
前記画像データ集合(70)を前処理して、少なくとも1つのシードポイント並びに少なくとも1つの構造エッジを自動的に計算する前処理段階(72)と、
骨と血管構造とを区別するための事前骨マスク(76)を前記画像データ集合(70)から生成する事前骨マスク生成段階(116)であって、前記事前骨マスクを生成するために、前記画像データ集合(70)を複数のサブボリューム(98,100,104)に分割し、個々のサブボリュームを、サブボリューム内の骨と血管構造間の空間的分離度に基づいて識別し、骨と血管構造とを領域分割する差分化処理を、各サブボリューム内で、そのサブボリューム内の骨と血管構造間の空間的関係に基づいて適用して、前記事前骨マスクを生成する事前骨マスク生成段階と、
前記少なくとも1つのシードポイント並びに構造エッジ、及び前記画像データ(70)とを用いて、血管構造(78)を自動的に確定する血管構造確定段階(118)と、
前記事前骨マスク(76)から前記血管構造(78)をサブトラクトして骨マスク(82)を生成する骨マスク生成段階(80)と、
を含む方法。 - 前記画像データ集合(70)から前記骨マスク(82)をサブトラクトして無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)を生成する段階(84)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)をレンダリングして無骨ボリュームレンダリングを生成する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記画像データ集合(70)を前処理する前記段階(72)は、幾何学的テンプレート及び機能テンプレートのうちの少なくとも1つを用いて、前記少なくとも1つのシードポイントを計算する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記血管構造確定段階(118)は、動的限定領域成長プロセス、バブル波接続プロセス、並びに放射線及び輪郭伝播プロセスのうちの少なくとも1つを適用する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

放射線流(16)を放出するX線源(12)と、
前記放射線流(16、20)を検出する複数の検出器素子を備える検出器(22)であって、該放射線流(16、20)に応答して少なくとも1つの信号を生成する複数の検出器素子を備える検出器(22)と、
前記X線源(12)を制御し且つデータ収集システム(34)を介して少なくとも1つの前記検出器素子から画像データのセット(70)を収集するシステム制御装置(24)と、
前記画像データのセット(70)を受け取り、
前記画像データのセット(70)を前処理して(72)少なくとも1つの、シードポイント並びに構造エッジを自動的に計算し、
骨と血管構造とを区別するための事前骨マスク(76)を前記画像データ集合(70)から生成(116)するために、前記画像データ集合(70)を複数のサブボリューム(98,100,104)に分割し、個々のサブボリュームを、サブボリューム内の骨と血管構造間の空間的分離度に基づいて識別し、骨と血管構造とを領域分割する差分化処理を、各サブボリューム内で、そのサブボリューム内の骨と血管構造間の空間的関係に基づいて適用して、前記事前骨マスクを生成し、
前記少なくとも1つのシードポイント並びに構造エッジ、及び前記画像データのセット(70)とを用いて血管構造(78)を自動的に確定し(118)、
前記事前骨マスク(76)から前記血管構造(78)をサブトラクトして(80)骨マスク(82)を生成する、
ように制御動作するコンピュータシステム(36)と、
を備えるCT画像分析システム(10)。 - 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、前記画像データのセット(70)から前記骨マスク(82)をサブトラクトして(84)無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)を生成するように構成されている請求項6に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、前記無骨ボリュームデータ集合(86)をレンダリングして無骨ボリュームレンダリングを生成するように構成されている請求項7に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、隣接するボクセルに対する各ボクセルの最大絶対勾配を求める(110)ことで前記少なくとも1つの構造エッジを計算することにより前記画像データのセット(70)を前処理する(72)ように構成されている請求項6に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータシステム(36)は、動的限定領域成長プロセス、バブル波接続プロセス、及び放射線・輪郭伝播プロセスのうちの少なくとも1つを適用することにより前記血管構造(78)を自動的に確定する(118)ように構成されている請求項6に記載のCT画像分析システム(10)。
