Abstract
【解決手段】 ベースシャーシに第1の弾性体2を介して取り付けたシャーシ3と、シャーシ上に設けられたシャフト6,7と、シャフト上を移動する光ピックアップ5と、シャーシに第2の弾性体11を介して取り付けたウエイト13とを具備し、ウエイト13は、光ピックアップの移動経路上にストッパ13aから13dを設けた構成であることを特徴とする。

Description
一方、光ディスク装置1の落下等により、光ピックアップ5がA,B方向のように主軸6と副軸7に沿った方向への衝撃を受けると、衝撃加速度によっては、ガイド爪8とスクリュウ部10との係合が外れ、光ピックアップ5は主軸6と副軸7に沿って加速され、内外周の所定の移動範囲を超えて、ウエイト13に設けた内外周のストッパ13a,13b,13c,13dに激突することがある。
Claims (4)
- ベースシャーシに第1の弾性体を介して取り付けたシャーシと、該シャーシ上に設けられたシャフトと、該シャフト上を移動する光ピックアップと、前記シャーシに第2の弾性体を介して取り付けたウエイトとを具備し、前記ウエイトは、前記光ピックアップの移動経路上にストッパを設けた構成であることを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
- 請求項1記載の光ディスク装置であって、前記第2の弾性体は、第1のフランジと、第2のフランジを有しており、両フランジは前記ウエイトを挟むように設けられることを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
- 請求項1記載の光ディスク装置であって、前記ウエイトは、前記シャフトの端部近傍に前記ストッパを設けたことを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
- 請求項2記載の光ディスク装置であって、前記第1のフランジと、前記第2のフランジとは一体成形されていることを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
