Abstract
簡単かつ低コストで実施可能であって、より高い精度の磁気ストライプパターンが得られるような、磁気多極エンコーダの製造方法を提供する。
【解決手段】
支持体と、磁化可能な材料からなる少なくとも1つのトラックとを備えた磁気多極エンコーダの製造方法において、磁化可能な材料からなるトラックに、外部から印加された磁界の作用によって、交互の極性をもつストライプ状の着磁部を設け、第1のステップで、磁気トラックを単一の極性であらかじめ着磁し、さらに第2のステップで、あらかじめ着磁されたトラックをストライプ状の領域内で反対の極性に磁化反転させる。

Claims (4)
- 支持体と、磁化可能な材料からなる少なくとも1つのトラックとを備えた磁気多極エンコーダの製造方法であって、前記磁化可能な材料からなるトラックに、外部から磁界を印加することによって、交互の極性を有するストライプ状の着磁部を設けるものにおいて、
第1のステップで、磁気トラックを単一の極性であらかじめ着磁し、
さらに第2のステップで、前記あらかじめ着磁されたトラックをストライプ状の領域内で反対の極性に磁化反転させる、磁気多極エンコーダの製造方法。 - 着磁すべきトラックに向かい合わせに配置した着磁具を用いて着磁を静的に行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 磁気ヘッドを用いて着磁を動的に行い、磁気トラックと磁気ヘッドとを相対的に動かす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 永久磁石を用いてあらかじめ着磁を行う、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
