Abstract
【解決手段】 ステントは、拡張後に縦方向の可撓性を保持する。ステントは、三角形セルを形成する絡み合った蛇行パターンで形成される。三角形セルは、半径方向の支持を提供するような構成であり、拡張後に縦方向の可撓性も提供する。三角形セルは、管壁の被覆率が増加する。ステントは、半径方向の支持を最適化するか、縦方向の可撓性を最適化するような構成である様々な部分を有することができる。ステントは、挿入中にステントの部分が朝顔状に開くのを防止するような構成にすることができる。

Claims (16)
- 人体内の管を広げるステントであって、
複数の第1蛇行パターンと、
三角形セルを形成するため、第1蛇行パターンと絡み合う複数の第2蛇行パターンとを備えるステント。 - 第1蛇行パターンが、
偶数の第1蛇行パターンと、
偶数の第1蛇行パターンと180°位相がずれた奇数の蛇行パターンとで構成され、奇数の第1蛇行パターンが偶数の第1蛇行パターン2つおきに発生する、請求項1に記載のステント。 - 第2蛇行パターンが、
偶数の第2蛇行パターンと、
偶数の第2蛇行パターン2つおきに発生する奇数の蛇行パターンとで構成される、請求項1または2に記載のステント。 - 三角形セルがそれぞれ、第1ループ包含区間、第2ループ包含区間、および第3ループ包含区間で構成される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1ループ包含区間が第1蛇行パターンの一部によって形成され、第2および第3ループ包含区間が1つまたは複数の第2蛇行パターンの一部によって形成される、請求項4に記載のステント。
- 第1ループ包含区間が、ループ包含区間のループの他方の脚部より短い自由ループの少なくとも1本の脚部を含む、請求項4に記載のステント。
- 第1ループ包含区間が第2および第3ループ包含区間より広い、請求項4に記載のステント。
