Abstract
【解決手段】 複列外向きのアンギュラ玉軸受を備えた軸受装置におけるハブホイール2の軸端部にかしめ用円筒部17を備え、このかしめ用円筒部17をかしめ治具によって揺動かしめを行い、径方向外側に拡径しながら屈曲させ、内輪3の端面10にこれを押しつけてかしめ止めを行い、アンギュラ玉軸受に対する抜け止めと予圧付与とを行う軸受装置であって、かしめ用円筒部17の内側の面取り中心位置30が、前記内輪3の内端面10よりも内輪軸方向外側に位置させた。

Claims (2)
- 軸端にかしめ用円筒部を有する軸体の外周に、斜接形式の転がり軸受を取り付け、前記軸体のかしめ用円筒部を径方向外向きに屈曲させて前記転がり軸受の内輪の端面にかしめつけて、転がり軸受に対する抜け止めと予圧とを行う軸受装置であって、前記かしめ用円筒部内側の面取り中心位置が、前記内輪の端面よりも内輪の軸方向外側に位置していることを特徴とする軸受装置。
- 軸端にかしめ用円筒部を有するハブホイールの外周に、複列外向きのアンギュラ玉軸受を取り付け、前記かしめ用円筒部を径方向外向きに屈曲させて前記アンギュラ玉軸受の内輪の端面にかしめつけて、前記アンギュラ玉軸受に対する抜け止めと予圧付与とを行う軸受装置であって、前記かしめ用円筒部内側の面取り中心位置が、前記内輪の端面よりも内輪軸方向外側に位置していることを特徴とする軸受装置。
