Abstract
【解決手段】 管軸方向に長尺な連続した外周フィン3を複数本放射方向に一体に突設したアルミ製、アルミ基合金製又は樹脂材製の放吸熱管1を複数本並列に配設する。そして、隣接する放吸熱管1を広幅な連結フィン4で一体に連結して伝熱管1を構成する。

Claims (9)
- 管軸方向に長尺な連続した外周フィンを複数本放射方向に一体に突設したアルミ製、アルミ基合金製又は樹脂材製の放吸熱管を複数本並列に配設するとともに、隣接する放吸熱管を広幅な連結フィンで一体に連結した事を特徴とする放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 樹脂材製の放吸熱管は、金属管の外周に樹脂材を押出成形して金属管に一体に配設固定した事を特徴とする請求項1の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 樹脂材製の放吸熱管は、金属管の外周に接着により一体に配設固定した事を特徴とする請求項2の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 放吸熱管は、他部材との接続部では、放吸熱管の外周から外周フィンの一部を除去して使用する事を特徴とする請求項1、2又は3の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 金属管を内部に配置した樹脂材製の放吸熱管は、他部材との接続部では、金属管の外周から外周フィンとともに放吸熱管の一部を除去して使用する事を特徴とする請求項2又は3の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 放吸熱管は、内周面に管軸方向に長尺な連続した内周フィンを複数本一体に突設した事を特徴とする請求項1又は4の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 樹脂材製の放吸熱管は、この放吸熱管を形成する樹脂材よりも熱伝導性の高い粒子及び/又は繊維を含有した事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- 樹脂材製の放吸熱管は、この放吸熱管を形成する樹脂材にカーボンナノファイバーを含有させた事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6又は7の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
- カーボンナノファイバーは、5wt%より多く30wt%より少ない含有量で含有させた事を特徴とする請求項8の放射状フィンを有する伝熱管。
