Claims (18)
- 熱交換器であって、
向かい合う端部部分を有する複数の離間した細長い二重管の導管であって、前記二重管の導管が、それぞれ、内部流路を有する第1の管および第2の管を持つ一対の管を含む、二重管の導管と、
前記第1の管および前記第2の管の前記内部流路と連通した、前記向かい合う端部部分にそれぞれ配置される第1入口マニホルドおよび第1出口マニホルドを含む第1対のマニホルドと、
第2対のマニホルドであって、前記第2対のマニホルドが、第2入口マニホルドおよび第2出口マニホルドを含み、前記第1入口マニホルドが、前記第2入口マニホルドおよび第2出口マニホルドのうちの一方のそばに前記熱交換器の長さ方向の軸に沿って配置され、前記第1出口マニホルドが、前記第2入口マニホルドおよび第2出口マニホルドのうちの他方のそばに前記熱交換器の長さ方向の軸に沿って配置される第2対のマニホルドと、
前記二重管の導管の間に設けられる冷却フィンと
を備え、
前記第1の管および前記第2の管は、それぞれ板の対から形成され、
前記板はそれぞれ平坦な壁を有し、
前記第1の管および前記第2の管はそれぞれ前記板の対における離間し平行な前記壁により形成され、
中間流れチャネルが、(i)前記第1の管の一部を形成する第1の板の前記壁と、(ii)前記第2の管の一部を形成する第2の板の前記壁と、(iii)前記第1の板および前記第2の板のうちの少なくとも一方の板が有する、他方の前記管に接合される高くなった外周の縁部部分とによって画定され、
前記内部流路および前記中間の流れチャネルは、前記二重管の導管の前記向かい合う端部部分の間に延在し、複数の前記二重管は、前記二重管の間および周囲を横断方向に空気が流れるように離間され、
前記第1の管および前記第2の管で形成される前記二重管の導管は、前記熱交換器を通過する第1流体を流し、前記中間の流れチャネルは、前記熱交換器を通過する第2流体を流し、
前記第2対のマニホルドは、前記中間の流れチャネルと連通し、
前記第1対のマニホルドは、前記第2対のマニホルドの内側に配置され、
前記第1対のマニホルドが、前記第1の管のそれぞれおよび前記第2の管のそれぞれに外向きに配設されたボスによって形成され、前記ボスが、中を通る整列された横断方向の流れ開口部、および前記流れ開口部を囲む外周の縁部部分を画定し、前記ボスによって画定される前記外周の縁部部分が、前記複数の二重管の導管のそれぞれの隣接する前記第1の管および前記第2の管を接合し、隣接する前記二重管の隣接する管を接合し、前記第1対のマニホルドを形成するように、互いに接合され、
前記第2対のマニホルドが、各管に内向きに配設されたボスによって形成され、前記内向きに配設されたボスが、前記高くなった外周の縁部部分の内側に配置され、前記ボスが、中を通る整列された横断方向の流れ開口部を画定し、
前記冷却フィンは、前記第1の管および前記第2の管の前記平坦な壁に接触し、前記ボスとボスとの間に前記熱交換器の長さ方向に延在する
熱交換器。 - 前記第1の管および前記第2の管のそれぞれが、互いに接合される高くなった外周のつばを有する嵌合する前記板の対から形成される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の管および前記第2の管のそれぞれが、互いに接合される高くなった外周のつばを有する嵌合する板の対から形成され、前記ボスが前記外周のつばの内側に配置される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の二重管の導管のそれぞれの前記第1の管および前記第2の管の両方が、前記中間の流れチャネルを画定するように互いに接合される高くなった外周の縁部部分を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記冷却フィンが、前記ボスの高さの2倍の高さを有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記平坦な壁が、前記中間の流れチャネルの中へ延在する嵌合する窪みを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記平坦な壁と接触して各管の内部流路の内側に配置される乱流器をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の二重管が有する複数の管のそれぞれが、互いに接合される高くなった外周のつばを有する嵌合する板の対から形成され、前記熱交換器が備える全ての前記板は2つのタイプの板から形成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の管のそれぞれは、第1のタイプの前記板および第2のタイプの前記板から形成される、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の二重管の導管のそれぞれにおいて、一の前記管の前記第2のタイプの前記板は、他の前記管の前記第2のタイプの前記板に接合される、請求項9に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記板のそれぞれが、向かい合う端部部分の対を有し、前記板のそれぞれの前記向かい合う端部部分のそれぞれには、前記外向きに配設されたボスの一つおよび前記内向きに配設されたボスの一つが配設される、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1入口マニホルドを形成する前記外向きに配設されたボスは、前記第2対のマニホルドが含む一つのマニホルドの前記内向きに配設されたボスのそばに配置される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1出口マニホルドを形成する前記外向きに配設されたボスは、前記第2対のマニホルドが含む一つのマニホルドの前記内向きに配設されたボスのそばに配置される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記内部流路にはオイルが通過し、前記中間の流れチャネルにはエンジン冷却液が通過する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記中間の流れチャネルは、(i)前記中間の流れチャネルを通過する前記第2流体と前記第1の管および前記第2の管を通過する前記第1流体との間で熱を伝達し、(ii)前記第1の管および前記第2の管を通過する前記第1流体と前記二重管の間および周囲を横断方向に流れる前記空気との間で熱を伝達するように、前記第1の管の前記内部流路および前記第2の管の前記内部流路の間に形成される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 液体/空気式熱交換器であって、
前記液体/空気式熱交換器を介して第1液体が流れるように、内部流路を中に画定する少なくとも3つの管状の導管であって、向かい合う端部部分を有し、前記導管の間および周囲に空気が流れるように離間された管状の導管と、
前記内部流路と連通した、前記向かい合う端部部分にそれぞれ配置される入口マニホルドおよび出口マニホルドを含む第1対のマニホルドと、
少なくとも2つの、しかし全てではない、前記離間した管状の導管の間に配置された中間の導管であって、前記第1液体と第2液体との間の熱伝達のために前記中間の導管を介して前記第2液体が流れるように入口開口部および出口開口部を含む中間の導管と
を備え、
前記中間の導管が、向かい合う平行で平坦な壁を有する管状の部材であり、前記管状の導管が、前記平坦な壁の上にあり、前記平坦な壁に取り付けられた平坦な管であり、
前記中間の導管が、前記平行な管の両側の各管状の導管に取り付けられた一対の平行な管を含み、前記中間の導管を介して前記第2液体が流れるように、前記入口開口部および前記出口開口部を画定する入口取付け部品および出口取付け部品をさらに備え、
前記中間の導管の平行な管が、中を空気が流れるように離間され、
前記液体/空気式熱交換器は、
前記平行な管の間に配置され、前記入口取付け部品と出口取付け部品との間に延在する冷却フィン
をさらに備える液体/空気式熱交換器。 - 4つ以上の前記管状の導管と、前記管状の導管のあらかじめ選択された対の間に配置された1つのみの中間の導管とがある、請求項16に記載の液体/空気式熱交換器。
- 前記第1液体はオイルであり、前記第2液体はエンジン冷却液である、請求項16または17に記載の液体/空気式熱交換器。
