Claims (20)
- 複数の離間した細長い二重管の導管であって、前記導管が、それぞれ、内部流路を有する一対の管を含み、前記管と管との間に中間の流れチャネルを画定するように、一方の前記管が、他方の前記管に接合される高くなった外周の縁部部分を有し、
向かい合う端部部分を有する二重管の導管と、
前記内部流路と連通した、前記向かい合う端部部分にそれぞれ配置される第1入口マニホルドおよび第1出口マニホルドを含む第1対のマニホルドと、
前記中間の流れチャネルと連通する第2対のマニホルドであって、前記第2対のマニホルドが、第2入口マニホルドおよび第2出口マニホルドを含み、前記第1入口マニホルドが、前記第2入口マニホルドおよび第2出口マニホルドのうちの一方のそばに嵌められ、前記第1出口マニホルドが、前記第2入口マニホルドおよび第2出口マニホルドのうちの他方のそばに嵌められる第2対のマニホルドとを備える熱交換器。 - 前記第1対のマニホルドが、各管に外向きに配設されたボスによって形成され、前記ボスが、中を通る整列された横断方向の流れ開口部、および前記流れ開口部を囲む外周の縁部部分を画定し、前記外周の縁部部分が、前記第1のマニホルドを形成するように隣接する管内で互いに接合される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2対のマニホルドが、各管に内向きに配設されたボスによって形成され、前記内向きに配設されたボスが、前記高くなった外周の縁部部分の内側に配置され、前記ボスが、中を通る整列された横断方向の流れ開口部、および前記流れ開口部を囲む外周の縁部部分を画定し、前記外周の縁部部分が、前記第2マニホルドを形成するように隣接する管内で互いに接合される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1入口マニホルドおよび前記第1出口マニホルドが、前記第2入口マニホルドおよび前記第2出口マニホルドの内側に配置される、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1入口マニホルドおよび前記第1出口マニホルドが、前記第2入口マニホルドおよび前記第2出口マニホルドの内側に配置される、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記管が、互いに接合される高くなった外周のつばを有する嵌合する板の対から形成される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記管が、互いに接合される高くなった外周のつばを有する嵌合する板の対から形成され、前記ボスが前記外周のつばの内側に配置される、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記管が、互いに接合される高くなった外周のつばを有する嵌合する板の対から形成され、前記ボスが前記外周のつばの内側に配置される、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記管の両方が、前記中間の流れチャネルを画定するように互いに接合される高くなった外周の縁部部分を有する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記二重管の導管が、前記管の1つに取り付けられた冷却フィンを有し、前記フィンが前記ボスとボスとの間に延在し、前記冷却フィンが、前記ボスの高さの2倍の高さを有する、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記管が、前記中間の流れチャネルを画定する平行で平坦な壁を有し、前記平坦な壁が、前記中間の流れチャネルの中へ延在する嵌合する窪みを有する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 各管が、前記内部流路の一部を画定する離間した平行で平坦な壁を有し、
前記平坦な壁と接触して各管の内部流路の内側に配置される乱流器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 液体/空気式熱変換器であって、
前記熱交換器を介して第1液体が流れるように、内部流路を中に画定する少なくとも3つの管状の導管であって、
向かい合う端部部分を有し、前記導管の間および周囲に空気が流れるように離間された管状の導管と、
前記内部流路と連通した、前記向かい合う端部部分にそれぞれ配置される入口マニホルドおよび出口マニホルドを含む第1対のマニホルドと、
少なくとも2つの、しかし全てではない、前記離間した管状の導管の間に配置された中間の導管であって、
前記第1流体と第2流体との間の熱伝達のために前記中間の導管を介して第2液体が流れるように入口開口部および出口開口部を含む中間の導管とを備える液体/空気式熱変換器。 - 前記中間の導管が、向かい合う平行で平坦な壁を有する管状の部材であり、前記管状の導管が、前記平坦な壁の上にあり、前記平坦な壁に取り付けられた平坦な管である、請求項13に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記中間の導管が、前記平行な管の両側の各管状の導管に取り付けられた一対の平行な管を含み、前記中間の導管を介して第2の液体が流れるように、前記入口開口部および出口開口部を画定する入口取付け部品および出口取付け部品をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記中間の導管の平行な管が、中を空気が流れるように離間された、請求項15に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項16に記載された熱交換器であって、前記平行な管の間に配置され、前記入口取付け部品と出口取付け部品との間に延在する冷却フィンをさらに備える熱交換器。
- 4つ以上の前記管状の導管と、前記管状の導管のあらかじめ選択された対の間に配置された1つのみの中間の導管とがある、請求項13に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記中間の導管が、前記平行な管の両側の各管状の導管に取り付けられた一対の平行な管を含み、前記中間の導管を介して第2液体が流れるように、前記入口開口部および出口開口部を画定する入口取付け部品および出口取付け部品をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記中間の導管の平行な管が、中を空気が流れるように離間され、前記平行な管の間に配置され、前記入口取付け部品と出口取付け部品との間に延在する冷却フィンをさらに備える、請求項19に記載の熱交換器。
