Abstract
【解決手段】ポリマーと、該ポリマーの表面に固定化された活性分子とを含んで成るクロマトグラフィー分離用の媒体であり、当該ポリマーは、1つ以上のモノマー種(例えば、エチレンイミン又はエチレンオキサイド)を含む複数のモノマーから形成される。これらのモノマー種の少なくとも1つは、アミン官能基を有する。活性分子は、化学構造に基づいて被験物質を分離し得るよう選択される。

Claims (10)
- クロマトグラフィー分離に供される媒体であって、
1つ以上のモノマー種を含む複数のモノマーから形成されるポリマーを含む表面であって、前記1つ以上のモノマー種の少なくとも1つがアミン官能基を有する、表面と、
前記表面上に固定化された活性分子と、
を含んで成り、前記活性分子が化学構造に基づいて被験物質を分離できるよう選択されている媒体。 - 前記表面を形成するためにその上に前記ポリマーがコーティングされるところのシリカ担体をさらに含む、請求項1記載の媒体。
- 前記1つ以上のモノマー種の1つが、エチレンイミン又はエチレンオキサイドである、請求項1記載の媒体。
- 前記活性分子が、抗体、ポリヌクレオチド、及び任意に置換炭化水素鎖から成る群から選択される、請求項1記載の媒体。
- 前記ポリマーが、被験物質の選択性を高めるべく選択された多孔度、細孔寸法、疎水性、pH、又は表面対掌性を有する、請求項1記載の媒体。
- 1つ以上のモノマー種を含む複数のモノマーから形成されるポリマーを含む表面であって、前記1つ以上のモノマー種の少なくとも1つがアミン官能基を有する、表面と、
前記表面上に固定化された活性分子と、
を含んで成り、前記活性分子が被験物質の化学反応を促進するよう選択されている、触媒。 - 前記活性分子が、酵素又は金属である、請求項6記載の触媒。
- 前記1つ以上のモノマー種の1つが、エチレンイミン又はエチレンオキサイドである、請求項6記載の触媒。
- 選択的触媒として機能する、請求項6記載の触媒。
- 前記ポリマーが、被験物質の選択性を高めるべく選択された多孔度、細孔寸法、疎水性、pH、又は表面対掌性を有する、請求項9記載の媒媒。
