Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明では、ケイ素系基材と、基材上のケイ素含有ボンドコートと、ボンドコート上のバリアコートを含む物品を提供する。バリアコートはアルミン酸塩を含むが、アルミン酸塩としては、例えばアルカリ土類金属アルミン酸塩、希土類アルミン酸塩がある。バリアコートは、ボンドコートとトップコートの間の中間コートでも、トップコートでもよい。

- ケイ素含有基材(210)と、
基材(200)上のボンドコート(220)と、
ボンドコート(220)上の主成分としてアルミン酸塩を含有するバリアコート(230)と
を含む物品(200)。 - バリアコート(230)が主成分としてアルカリ土類金属アルミン酸塩を含有する、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- バリアコート(230)が主成分として希土類アルミン酸塩を含有する、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- ボンドコート(220)がケイ素を含有する、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- バリアコートがアルミン酸カルシウム、アルミン酸バリウム、アルミン酸マグネシウム及びアルミン酸ストロンチウムの1種以上を含有する、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- さらにバリアコート(230)上のトップコート(240)を含む、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- ケイ素含有基材(110)と、
基材(110)上のケイ素含有ボンドコート(120)と、
ボンドコート(120)上の1層以上の中間コート(130)と、
中間コート(130)上の主成分としてアルミン酸塩を含有するトップコート(140)と
を含む物品(100)。 - トップコート(140)が主成分としてアルカリ土類金属アルミン酸塩を含有する、請求項7記載の物品(100)。
- トップコート(140)がアルミン酸カルシウム、アルミン酸バリウム、アルミン酸マグネシウム及びアルミン酸ストロンチウムの1種以上を含有する、請求項7記載の物品(100)。
- ケイ素含有基材(110)上にケイ素含有ボンドコート(120)を設け、
ボンドコート(120)上に主成分としてアルミン酸塩を含有するバリアコートを設ける、
工程を含む物品(100)の製造方法。
