Abstract
【解決手段】 塩化物とカルシウムアルミネートを含有する融雪融氷材。本発明の融雪融氷材は、融雪・融氷効果が大きく、かつ、遊離塩化物イオン量が少ないという特徴を有し、遊離塩化物イオンが近隣の田畑や、コンクリート構造物に与える影響が小さいため、寒冷地の道路等の表面の雪や氷を溶解する目的に使用する融雪融氷材に適する。

Description
カルシウムアルミネート(1):CaO・Al2O3、炭酸カルシウム1モルと酸化アルミニウム1モルを混合して1,500℃で3時間焼成する工程を2回繰返して合成。ブレーン比表面積4,000cm2/g。
カルシウムアルミネート(2):12CaO・7Al2O3、炭酸カルシウム12モルと酸化アルミニウム7モルを混合して1,350℃で3時間焼成する工程を2回繰返して合成。ブレーン比表面積4,000cm2/g。
カルシウムアルミネート(3):3CaO・Al2O3、炭酸カルシウム3モルと酸化アルミニウム1モルを混合して1,350℃で3時間焼成する工程を2回繰返して合成。ブレーン比表面積4,000cm2/g。
カルシウムアルミネート(4):非晶質カルシウムアルミネート、カルシウムアルミネート(2)にシリカを3%加えて1,650℃で溶融し、急冷して合成。ブレーン比表面積4,000cm2/g。
炭酸カルシウム :試薬1級
酸化アルミニウム :試薬1級
シリカ :試薬1級
塩化物イ :塩化カルシウム無水塩
塩化物ロ :塩化ナトリウム無水塩
石灰類A :市販の生石灰
石灰類B :市販の消石灰
融氷率:直径100mmの鋼製容器に500gの水道水を入れてマイナス10℃の恒温室内で凍らせて氷面を作製した。この氷面上に各種の融雪融氷材25gを均一に散布し、融雪融氷材を散布後、1時間後に溶出した水の量を測定し、数1の式に従って融氷率を算出し、融雪・融氷性能を評価した。
遊離塩化物イオン量:融氷率の測定後の氷を完全に融解し、回収した水を用い、融解した翌日に水中の遊離塩化物イオン量をイオンクロマトグラフィーにより定量した。

- 塩化物及びカルシウムアルミネートを含有する融雪融氷材。
- 生石灰及び/又は消石灰を含有する請求項1記載の融雪融氷材。
