Abstract
【解決手段】 被接続体の棒状のリード端子を挿通する挿通孔が形成された接続部及びこの接続部と連結し上記被接続体に上記リード端子を介して給電するための電線に圧着接続される圧着部を有し、上記被接続体と上記電線とを電気接続するための複数の端子金具が、帯状板体の長手方向に沿って所定間隔に、上記圧着部側を上記帯状板体の長手方向の一方側縁から突出する連結バーにそれぞれ連結して結合された端子金具の連鎖体であって、上記圧着部を上記帯状板体の上面方向に屈曲させて突出させ、一方上記接続部を上記圧着部と反対である上記帯状板体の下面方向に屈曲させて突出させる構造とした。

Claims (4)
- 被接続体の棒状のリード端子を挿通する挿通孔が形成された接続部及びこの接続部と連結し上記被接続体に上記リード端子を介して給電するための電線に圧着接続される圧着部を有し、上記被接続体と上記電線とを電気接続するための複数の端子金具が、帯状板体の長手方向に沿って所定間隔に、上記圧着部側を上記帯状板体の長手方向の一方側縁から突出する連結バーにそれぞれ連結して結合された端子金具の連鎖体であって、
上記圧着部は、上記連結バーとの連結部から両側に延出する2つの圧着片を上記帯状板体の上面方向に屈曲させた断面視略U字状に設けられており、
上記接続部は、上記帯状板体の下面方向に屈曲されていることを特徴とする端子金具の連鎖体。 - 上記帯状板体の長手方向の他方側縁から突出し、上記帯状板体の下面方向に屈曲された補助バーが設けられていることを特徴とする端子金具の連鎖体。
- 上記帯状板体の長手方向の他方側縁から突出し、上記帯状板体の下面方向に屈曲された第1の補助バー及び上記帯状板体の長手方向の他方側縁から突出し、上記帯状板体の上面方向に屈曲された第2の補助バーが設けられていることを特徴とする端子金具の連鎖体。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の端子金具の連鎖体を、緩衝テープ体を介してリールに巻きつけてなることを特徴とする端子金具の巻き付け体。
