Abstract
【解決手段】不活性ガス雰囲気の炉内に被乾留物7を収容し、炉体3を誘導加熱することにより被乾留物7を乾留処理し、生じた乾留ガスを排気ガス処理装置16に排出する誘導加熱式乾留炉において、炉内ガスをファン9により循環させながら乾留処理を進行させるとともに、この乾留処理の終了時期にはファン9を停止する。ファン9を止めて炉底部から常温の窒素ガスを炉内に導入することにより、比重の軽い乾留ガスは炉内の上部に押し上げられて速やかに排出される。そのため、炉内は容易に不活性ガスに置換され、被乾留物7の取り出しまでの時間が短縮されるとともに不活性ガスの供給量も節減される。

Claims (6)
- 被乾留物を収容した炉体を不活性ガス雰囲気の炉内で誘導加熱することにより前記被乾留物を乾留処理し、生じた乾留ガスを炉外に排出する誘導加熱式乾留炉の運転方法において、
炉内ガスをファンにより循環させながら乾留処理を進行させるとともに、この乾留処理の終了時期には前記ファンを停止して炉底部から前記不活性ガスを炉内に導入し、炉上部から前記乾留ガスを炉外に排出することを特徴とする誘導加熱式乾留炉の運転方法。 - 前記炉内ガスの温度が一定温度に達したら前記ファンを停止することを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱式乾留炉の運転方法。
- 乾留処理が開始されて一定時間が経過したら前記ファンを停止することを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱式乾留炉の運転方法。
- 被乾留物を収容した炉体を不活性ガス雰囲気の炉内で誘導加熱することにより前記被乾留物を乾留処理し、生じた乾留ガスを炉外に排出する誘導加熱式乾留炉において、
炉内ガスを循環させるファンと、このファンを回転させながら乾留処理を進行させるとともに、この乾留処理の終了時期には前記ファンを停止して炉底部から前記不活性ガスを炉内に導入し、炉上部から前記乾留ガスを炉外に排出する制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とする誘導加熱式乾留炉。 - 前記制御手段は前記炉内ガスの温度が一定温度に達したら前記ファンを停止することを特徴とする請求項4記載の誘導加熱式乾留炉。
- 前記制御手段は乾留処理が開始されて一定時間が経過したら前記ファンを停止することを特徴とする請求項4記載の誘導加熱式乾留炉。
