Abstract
【解決手段】 燃焼ライナキャップ組立体(42)は、内部構造体(52)をその中に支持する円筒形外側スリーブ(50)と、内部構造体を貫通して形成された複数の燃料ノズル開口(54)とを含む。第1の組の冷却孔(56)が円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成され、また第2の組の冷却孔(58)が円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成される。第2の組の冷却孔は、第1の組の冷却孔から軸方向に間隔を置いて配置される。得られた構成は、元の構造に影響を与えないで現行の設計を改装可能でありかつ元に戻すことが可能である簡易な方法で燃焼ダイナミックスを低減する。燃焼ダイナミックスの低減は、ハードウェア寿命を向上させ補修及び交換費用の節減をもたらす。

Claims (10)
- 内部構造体(52)をその中に支持する円筒形外側スリーブ(50)と、
前記内部構造体を貫通して形成された複数の燃料ノズル開口(54)と、
を含み、
第1の組の円周方向に間隔を置いた冷却孔(56)が前記円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成され、また第2の組の円周方向に間隔を置いた冷却孔(58)が前記円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成され、前記第2の組の冷却孔が前記第1の組の冷却孔から軸方向に間隔を置いて配置されている、
燃焼ライナキャップ組立体。 - 前記第2の組の冷却孔(58)が、前記円筒形外側スリーブ(50)の周辺部の周りに形成された8個の冷却孔を含む、請求項1記載の燃焼ライナキャップ組立体。
- 前記第2の組の冷却孔(58)が各々、約19.05mm(0.75インチ)の直径を備えている、請求項1記載の燃焼ライナキャップ組立体。
- ガスタービンにおける燃焼ダイナミックスを低減する方法であって、
内部構造体(52)をその中に支持する円筒形外側スリーブ(50)と前記内部構造体を貫通して形成された複数の燃料ノズル開口(54)とを含み、第1の組の円周方向に間隔を置いた冷却孔(56)が前記円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成されている燃焼ライナキャップ組立体(42)を準備する段階と、
前記第1の組の冷却孔から軸方向に間隔を置いて配置される第2の組の円周方向に間隔を置いた冷却孔(58)を、前記円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記形成する段階が、8個の冷却孔を備えた前記第2の組の冷却孔(58)を形成する段階を含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記形成する段階が、約19.05mm(0.75インチ)の直径を備えた前記孔を形成する段階を含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記形成する段階が、前記第2の組の冷却孔(58)を無効にすることができるように実施される、請求項4記載の方法。

前記内部構造体を貫通して複数の燃料ノズル開口(54)を形成する段階と、
前記円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して第1の組の円周方向に間隔を置いた冷却孔(56)を形成する段階と、
前記第1の組の冷却孔から軸方向に間隔を置いて配置される第2の組の円周方向に間隔を置いた冷却孔(58)を、前記円筒形外側スリーブを貫通して形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記第2の組の冷却孔(58)を形成する段階が、8個の冷却孔を備えた前記第2の組の冷却孔を形成する段階を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記第2の組の冷却孔(58)を形成する段階が、約19.05mm(0.75インチ)の直径を備えた前記孔を形成する段階を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
