Abstract
【解決手段】実質上円形のリング形状の形からなる板ばねは、それらの間に外方環状縁部14および内方環状縁部15が位置決めされる実質上外方に円錐の上方側12および実質上内方に円錐の下方側13を有し、そのさい負荷されてない状態において、前記下方側13の表面層17が前記上方側12の表面層16より高い固有の圧縮応力を含んでいる。

Claims (12)
- 実質上外方に円錐の上方側(12,22,32)および実質上内方に円錐の下方側(13,23,33)を有しかつそれらの間に外方環状縁部(14,24,34)および内方環状縁部(15,25,35)が位置決めされる実質上円形のリング形状の形からなる板ばねにおいて、
負荷されてない状態において、前記下方側(13,23,33)の表面層(17,27,37)が前記上方側(12,22,32)の表面層(16,26,36)より高い固有の圧縮応力を含んでいることを特徴とする板ばね。 - 負荷されてない状態において、前記上方側の表面層(16,26,36)が固有の圧縮応力から自由であるかまたは内部引っ張り応力に従わされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板ばね。
- 負荷されていない状態において、前記外方環状縁部(14,24,34)のおよび前記内方環状縁部(15,25,35)の前記表面層(17,27,37)が前記上方側(12,22,32)の前記表面層(16,26,36)より高い固有の圧縮応力を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の板ばね。
- 負荷されてない状態において、前記下方側(13,23,33)の表面層(17,27,37)および前記外方および内方環状縁部(14,24,34;15,25,35)の表面層(17,’27’,37’ ;17″,27″,37″)が同一の増大された固有の圧縮応力を実質上含んでいることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の板ばね。
- 前記外方環状縁部(14)および前記内方環状縁部(15)が連続して円形のリング形状であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の板ばね。
- 前記環状縁部(24,35)の一方が円形のリング形状でありそして他の環状縁部(25,34)から制限された長さの半径方向に延びているスロット(28,38)が出発することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の板ばね。
- 実質上外方に円錐の上方側(12,22,32)および実質上内方に円錐の下方側(13,23,33)を有しかつそれらの間に外方環状縁部(14,24,34)および内方環状縁部(15,25,35)が位置決めされる実質上円形のリング形状の形からなる板ばねの製造方法において、
成形および熱処理作業後、前記下方側(13,23,33)の表面層(17,27,37)が、それにより前記上方側(12,22,32)の表面層(16,26,36)が除外される機械的な圧縮過程に従わされることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。 - 前記内方および外方環状縁部(14,15,24,25,34,35)の表面層(17,’27’,37’ )が前記下方側(13,23,33)の表面層(17,27,37)と同一の機械的な圧縮過程に従わされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 実質上外方に円錐の上方側(12,22,32)および実質上内方に円錐の下方側(13,23,33)を有しかつそれらの間に外方環状縁部(14,24,34)および内方環状縁部(15,25,35)が位置決めされる実質上円形のリング形状の形からなる板ばねの製造方法において、
成形作業および熱処理作業後、前記下方側(13,23,33)の表面層(17,27,37)が、それにより前記上方側(12,22,32)の表面層(16,26,36)が除外される固有の圧縮応力を発生するためのさらに他の熱処理過程に従わされることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。 - 前記外方および内方環状縁部(14,15;24,25;34,35)の表面層(17,’27’,37’ )が前記下方側(13,23,33)の表面層(17,27,37)と同一のさらに他の熱処理過程に従わされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮過程がショットブラスティング方法であることを特徴とする請求項7または8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザ硬化方法または窒化処理方法がさらに他の熱処理過程として使用されることを特徴とする請求項9または10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
