Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un diaphragme (1), du genre comportant une partie périphérique (2) formant rondelle Belleville, une partie centrale fragmentée en doigts radiaux (4) séparés par des fentes (3) s'étendant chacune d'une extrémité borgne (5), qui est proche de ladite partie périphérique (2), à une extrémité ouverte, par laquelle elle débouche dans un évidement central (6) commun à toutes les fentes, dans lequel l'on part d'une ébauche que l'on soumet à une opération de traitement thermique suivi d'une opération de trempe et de mise en forme donnant au diaphragme (1) un premier angle (A), puis d'une opération de revenu dans un four de revenu (50). Selon l'invention le diaphragme (1) est transféré du four de revenu (50) à une presse de stabilisation (60), et en ce que l'on inverse dans ladite presse de stabilisation l'angle du diaphragme encore chaud à sa sortie du four de revenu (50).
