Abstract
【解決手段】 厚み方向に分極されている圧電基板3と、圧電基板3の第1,第2の主面に部分的に形成された第1,第2の振動電極4,5とを有し、厚み縦振動の3倍波を利用したエネルギー閉じ込め型の圧電共振子2と、圧電共振子2の振動部の振動を妨げないための空洞Hを有するように、圧電共振子2に積層された第1,第2のケース基板8,10とを備え、第1,第2の振動電極4,5の寸法が、厚み縦振動の基本波のS0モードとS1モードとの位相のピーク値の差が±5度以下となるように構成されている、圧電共振部品1。

Claims (6)
- 第1,第2の主面を有し、第1,第2の主面を結ぶ厚み方向に分極処理されている圧電基板と、該圧電基板の第1,第2の主面に部分的に形成されており、かつ圧電基板を介して対向されている第1,第2の振動電極とを有し、厚み縦振動の3倍波を利用したエネルギー閉じ込め型の圧電共振子と、
前記圧電共振子の第1,第2の振動電極が対向している振動部の振動を妨げないための空洞を有するように、前記圧電共振子の第1,第2の主面に積層された第1,第2のケース材とを備える圧電共振部品であって、
前記第1,第2の振動電極の寸法が、厚み縦振動の基本波のS0モードとS1モードの位相のピーク値の差が±5度以下となるように構成されていることを特徴とする、圧電共振部品。 - 前記第1,第2の振動電極が円形の電極からなり、前記空洞の平面形状が正方形であり、前記振動電極の平面形状である円の直径をR(mm)、前記空洞の平面形状である正方形の一辺の寸法をA(mm)、及び前記圧電基板の厚みをt(mm)としたときに、R/t=0.40×A/t+1.40〜0.33×A/t+1.95とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電共振部品。
- 前記第1,第2の振動電極の平面形状が楕円であり、前記空洞の平面形状が正方形であり、前記第1,第2の振動電極の平面形状である楕円の面積をS(mm2)、電極寸法Ra=2×(S/π)1/2、空洞を構成する正方形の一辺の寸法をA(mm)、前記圧電基板の厚みをt(mm)としたときに、Ra/t=0.40×A/t+1.40〜0.33×A/t+1.95とされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧電共振部品。
- 前記第1,第2の振動電極の平面形状が円若しくは楕円であり、前記空洞の平面形状が長方形であり、前記第1,第2の振動電極の平面形状である円若しくは楕円の面積をS(mm2)、電極寸法Ra=2×S1/2とし、空洞を構成する長方形の面積をSr(mm2)、空洞寸法Aa=Sr 1/2、前記圧電基板の厚みをt(mm)としたときに、Ra/t=0.40×Aa/t+1.40〜0.33×Aa/t+1.95とされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧電共振部品。
- 第1,第2のケース基板の前記エネルギー閉じ込め型の圧電共振子に接合される面に凹部が形成されており、該凹部により前記空洞が形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧電共振部品。
- 前記第1,第2のケース基板が平板状部材からなり、第1,第2のケース基板と前記圧電共振子とが、空洞を有するように接着剤により接着されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧電共振部品。
