Claims (21)

  1. 第1の電極(18)と、
    第1の電極(18)がその第1の表面(20)上に配置されている絶縁基板(17)と、
    第1の電極(18)に接続され、標本中に電界を生成するために変調された電圧を前記第1の電極(18)に供給する信号源(1)と、
    フィールドに対する標本の応答特性に依存する少なくとも1つのパラメータを測定する測定回路(7)と、
    パラメータ(A,φ,f0)を濃度に変換するための較正データを使用してそのパラメータから濃度を決定するデータプロセッサ(8)とを具備している、体液を含むインビトロまたはインビボ標本内のグルコースの濃度を決定するための装置において、
    第1の電極(18)は標本から第1の電極(18)を電気的に絶縁するための絶縁材料のカバー層(29)によってカバーされ、第1の電極は基板(17)とカバー層(29)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
  2. カバー層(29)が人体に面した状態で第1の電極(18)を人体の一部分に固定するためのホルダ(31)を備えている請求項記載の装置。
  3. さらに基板上に配置されている第2の電極(19,22)を備えており、第1の電極(18)と第2の電極(19,22)との間に変調された電圧を供給するように信号源(2)が接続されている請求項1または2記載の装置。
  4. 第2の電極(19,22)は基板(17)の第2の面(21)上に配置された底部電極層(22)を含んでおり、前記底部電極層(22)は前記上部電極層(18)より広い範囲に延在している請求項記載の装置。
  5. 第2の電極(19,22)は基板(17)の第1の面(20)上に配置された上部電極層(19)を含んでおり、前記上部電極層(19)は第1の電極(18)の少なくとも一部の周囲、とくに実質的に第1の電極全体の周囲に配置されている請求項または記載の装置。
  6. 第2の電極(19)は標本と電気的に接触するように構成されるようにカバー層(29)によりカバーされない請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
  7. 第1の電極(18)は細長く、その幅はその長さよりはるかに狭く構成されている請求項乃至のいずれか1項記載の装置。
  8. 信号源(1)と測定回路(7)との間に第1の信号路(4)および第2の信号路(6)を備えており、第1の電極(18)は第1の信号路(4)中に配置され、基準負荷(R3)は第2の信号路(6)中に配置されており、測定回路(7)は第1および第2の信号路からの信号の相対振幅(A)および、または位相(φ)を測定するように適応されている請求項乃至のいずれか1項記載の装置。
  9. 第1の電極(18)は、信号源(1)に接続されたキャパシタ(C)およびインダクタンス(L)を含む共振回路(5)のキャパシタ(C)の一部である請求項乃至のいずれか1項記載の装置。
  10. キャパシタ(C)およびインダクタンス(L)は直列に構成されている請求項記載の装置。
  11. 測定回路(7)は、共振回路(5)全体の電圧を測定するように構成されている請求項または10記載の装置。
  12. 第1の電極(18)に近接して配置されたアンテナ電極(33)をさらに具備しており、測定回路(7)は第1の電極(18)からアンテナ電極(33)に伝送された信号を測定するように構成されている請求項乃至11のいずれか1項記載の装置。
  13. 標本の温度(T)を測定するための温度センサを具備し、前記データプロセッサは前記濃度を決定するときにその温度(T)を使用するように構成されている請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項記載の装置
  14. 変調された電圧は正弦波電圧である請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項記載の装置
  15. 変調された電圧は、10MHz乃至2GHzの、とくに20MHz乃至70MHzの周波数を有している請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項記載の装置
  16. パラメータ(A,φ,f0)は、第1の電極における電気インピーダンスに依存している請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項記載の装置
  17. 測定回路(7)は、第1の電極から反射された信号を測定するように構成される請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項記載の装置
  18. 本において第1の電極(18)の近くに配置されているアンテナ電極(33)をさらに具備し測定回路(7)は第1の電極(18)からアンテナ電極(33)に伝送された信号を測定するように構成されている請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項記載の装置
  19. 第1の電極は共振周波数(f0)を有する共振回路(5)の一部を形成し、装置は実質的に共振周波数で共振回路(5)を動作するように構成されている請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項記載の装置。
  20. 共振回路(5)はアクティブ発振器(40)のタンク回路の少なくとも一部であり、パラメータは前記発振器(40)によって発生された信号の振幅(A)および、または周波数(f0)である請求項1記載の装置。
  21. 装置は変調された電圧を共振周波数(f0)より低い周波数(fmin)から共振周波数より高い周波数(fmax)まで周波数掃引するように構成され、とくにパラメータは共振周波数(f0)で第1の電極(18)に反射された信号、またはアンテナ電極(33)に伝送された信号である請求項1記載の装置。
