【請求項2】 前記高温度が少なくとも300°Fである、請求項1の方法。
【請求項3】 前記液体溶媒が、少なくとも一つのグリコールを含む、請求項1の方法。
【請求項4】 前記粉砕がボールミル粉砕である、請求項1の方法。
【請求項5】 高温度で、且つ少なくとも1個の液体溶媒の存在下においてニオビウムチップを粉砕して、ニオビウム粉末を形成し、その後、ニオビウム粉末を脱酸素にかけ、その後、高温度で、且つ少なくとも1個の液体溶媒の存在下において前記ニオビウム粉末の前記粉砕を継続することを含む、ニオビウム粉末製造の方法。
【請求項6】 前記脱酸素がマグネシウム脱酸素である、請求項の方法。
【請求項7】 高温度で、且つ少なくとも一つの液体溶媒の存在下において金属チップを粉砕して、金属粉末を形成することを含む、金属粉末を製造する方法。
【請求項8】 前記高温度が少なくとも300°Fである、請求項の方法。
【請求項9】 前記液体溶媒が、少なくとも一つのグリコールを含む、請求項の方法。
【請求項10】 高温度で、且つ少なくとも一つの液体溶媒の存在下においてバルブ金属を粉砕して、バルブ金属粉末を形成し、前記バルブ金属粉末をコンデンサーアノードに形成することを含む、バルブ金属のDC漏洩を減少させる方法。
【請求項11】 0ppm〜200ppmの炭素含有量および5ppm〜200ppmの鉄、ニッケル、およびクロム含有量を有する、ニオビウム粉末。
【請求項12】 BET表面積が1.0m2/gである時、4〜200ppmの炭素量、ニオビウム粉末のBET表面積が2〜4.5m2/gである時、250ppm未満の炭素量、ニオビウム粉末のBET表面積が1.0m2/gである時、100ppm未満であるFe/Ni/Cr合成量、ニオビウム粉末のBET表面積が2.0m2/g〜4.5m2/gである時、400ppm未満である合成量を有する、ニオビウム粉末。
【請求項13】 請求項11のニオビウム粉末を含む、コンデンサーアノード。
【請求項14】 請求項12のニオビウム粉末を含む、コンデンサーアノード。
【請求項15】 前記液体溶媒が少なくとも一つの弗素化流体である、請求項1の方法。
【請求項16】 少なくとも一つの弗素化流体の存在下において、金属粉末をウエット粉砕することを含む、フレーク化金属を製造する方法。
【請求項17】 前記金属がバルブ金属である、請求項16の方法。
【請求項18】 前記金属がバルブ金属である、請求項の方法。
【請求項19】 高温度で、且つ少なくとも一つの液体溶媒の存在下においてバルブ金属チップを粉砕して、バルブ金属粉末を形成し、その後バルブ金属粉末を脱酸素にかけ、その後高温度で、且つ少なくとも一つの液体溶媒の存在下において、前記バルブ金属粉末の前記粉砕を継続することを含む、バルブ金属粉末を製造する方法。
