【解決手段】ガスケットの層接合材のコアの黒鉛箔の面積比重量に対する上載せ層の黒鉛箔の面積比重量の比を1:3〜1:7とする。

Claims (16)
- 2枚の金属箔(2'、2'')間に埋め込まれた、最高で1500g/m2の面積比重量を有する黒鉛箔の層又は各々最高で1500g/m2の面積比重量を有する複数の黒鉛箔(5'、5''・・・)の層からなる平面状コア(5)、このコアに面していない金属箔(2'、2'')の表面を覆い、その面積比重量が各々最高で350g/m2の黒鉛箔からなる2枚の金属挿入物(6'、6'')と、2枚の外側上載せ層(4'、4'')とを交互に重ねた積層体、そして、この層接合材の全ての層を包み込む内側枠体(1)とからなるフランジ継手用ガスケットにおいて、コアの黒鉛箔の面積比重量に対する上載せ層(4'、4'')の黒鉛箔の面積比重量の比が1:3〜1:7であることを特徴とするフランジ継手用ガスケット。
- コア(5)を構成する黒鉛箔(5'、5''・・・)からなる層間に埋め込んだ金属挿入物(6'、6''・・・)が、突起付きシート又はエキスパンデッドメタルシートとして形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスケット。
- コア(5)を構成する黒鉛箔の面積比重量が500〜1200g/m2であり、上載せ層(4'、4'')を構成する黒鉛箔の面積比重量が150〜250g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガスケット。
- コア(5)を構成する黒鉛箔の灰分の相対質量比が、最高で4%であり、上載せ層(4'、4'')に使用する黒鉛箔の灰分の相対質量比が最高で1%であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 上載せ層(4'、4'')を構成する黒鉛箔の灰分の相対質量比が、最高で0.15%であることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載のガスケット。
- コア(5)を構成する黒鉛箔の灰分の相対質量比が、最高で2%であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 上載せ層(4'、4'')とコア(5)との間に埋め込む金属箔(2'、2'')と、コアの黒鉛箔間に埋め込む金属箔、突起付きシート又はエキスパンデッドメタル箔(6'、6'')が最高で1mmの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 上載せ層(4'、4'')とコア(5)との間に埋め込む金属箔(2'、2'')及びこのコアの黒鉛箔(5'、5''・・・)間に埋め込む金属箔、突起付きシート又はエキスパンデッドメタルシート(6'、6''・・・)が0.02〜0.2mmの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 上載せ層(4'、4'')とコア(5)との間に埋め込む金属箔(2'、2'')及びコア(5)の黒鉛箔(5'、5'')間に埋め込む金属箔、突起付きシート又はエキスパンデッドメタルシート(6'、6'')が、特殊鋼、鋼、鉄、アルミニウム、ニッケル、銅、チタン又は亜鉛の群からの材料又はニッケル、銅、アルミニウム又は亜鉛の合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載のガスケット。
- それらの金属箔が、有機珪素化合物、金属石けん又は過フッ化物の群からの界面活性な接着仲介物質により、或いは接着剤により黒鉛箔と接合されたことを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 黒鉛箔からなる上載せ層(4'、4'')がフラン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂又はアクリル樹脂からなる含浸剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載のガスケット。
- ガスケットの外周範囲が、積層体の全ての層を包み込む外側枠体により囲まれたことを特徴とする1から11の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 上記枠体が最高で0.2mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から12の1つに記載の方法。
- 枠体が最高で0.1mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から13の1つに記載のガスケット。
- 枠体が、クロムニッケル鋼、ニッケル、ニッケル合金、アルミニウム及び銅の群からの1材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から14の1つに記載のガスケット。
- ガスケットの漏洩率が、(VDI基準要綱)2440により測定して、≦10-5kPa×l/(s×m)であることを特徴とする請求項1から15の1つに記載のガスケット。
