Abstract
【解決手段】 異なる容積を持つ第1圧縮室と第2圧縮室を備えたハウジングと、前記第1及び第2圧縮室内で回転する回転軸と、前記第1及び第2圧縮室の内部に設けられ、前記回転軸の回転方向の変化にしたがって前記第1及び第2圧縮室のうちいずれか一方で選択的に圧縮動作がなされるようにする圧縮ユニットと、前記回転軸を正方向または逆方向に回転させながら電気的な制御を通じて回転速度を可変させられる駆動モータとを含む。

Claims (12)
- 異なる容積を持つ第1圧縮室と第2圧縮室を備えたハウジングと;
前記第1及び第2圧縮室内で回転する回転軸と;
前記第1及び第2圧縮室の内部に設けられ、前記回転軸の回転方向の変化にしたがって 前記第1及び第2圧縮室のうちいずれか一方で選択的に圧縮動作がなされるようにする圧縮ユニットと;
前記回転軸を第1方向と第2方向に回転させながら電気的な制御を通じて回転速度を可変させる駆動モータとを含む容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮ユニットは、
前記第1及び第2圧縮室内にそれぞれ設けられる第1及び第2スリップと;
前記回転軸に設けられ、前記回転軸の回転方向の変化にしたがって前記第1及び第2圧縮室内部の第1及び第2スリップのうちいずれか一つを偏心状態で圧縮回転させ、残りの一つを空回転させ、相互反対に動作する第1及び第2偏心装置と;
前記各圧縮室に半径方向に進退可能に設けられた第1及び第2ベーンとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記駆動モータは、BLDCモータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記駆動モータは、インバータモータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記第1及び第2偏心装置は、前記第1及び第2圧縮室の回転軸外面にそれぞれ設けられる第1及び第2偏心カムと、前記2偏心カムの外面にそれぞれ回転可能に結合される第1及び第2偏心ブッシュとを含み、前記圧縮ユニットは、前記回転軸の回転方向の変化にしたがって前記第1及び第2偏心ブッシュのうちいずれか一つは偏心され、残りの一つは偏心解除された状態でかかるようにする止め装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮ユニットは、前記第1及び第2偏心ブッシュの偏心方向が相互反対である前記第1及び第2偏心ブッシュを相互連結する円筒形連結部をさらに含み、前記止め装置は、前記連結部の円周方向に沿って形成される結合溝と、前記結合溝に進入してかかるように前記回転軸に結合される止めピンとを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記第1及び第2ベーンは、前記第1及び第2圧縮室の吸入口と吐出口との間にそれぞれ設けられ、前記第1及び第2スリップの外面と接した状態で半径方向に進退することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 異なる容積を持つ第1圧縮室と第2圧縮室を備えたハウジングと;
前記2圧縮室内で回転する回転軸と;
前記各圧縮室内にそれぞれ設けられる第1及び第2スリップと;
前記回転軸の外面に設けられ、前記回転軸が第1方向に回転するとき前記第1及び第2スリップのうちいずれか一つは偏心回転しながら圧縮動作を行い、残りの一つは空回転するようにし、また、前記回転軸が第2方向に回転するとき前記第1及び第2スリップの動作が前記回転軸が第1方向に回転する時と反対となるようにする偏心装置と;
前記回転軸を第1または第2方向に回転させながら電気的な制御を通じて回転速度を可変させる駆動モータとを含む容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記偏心装置は、
前記第1及び第2圧縮室の回転軸外面にそれぞれ設けられる第1及び第2偏心カムと;
前記2偏心カムの外面にそれぞれ回転可能に結合される第1及び第2偏心ブッシュと;
前記回転軸の回転方向の変化にしたがって前記第1及び第2偏心ブッシュのうちいずれか一つは偏心され、残りの一つは偏心解除された状態でかかるようにする止め装置とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記第1及び第2スリップの外面と接した状態で半径方向に進退するように前記第1及び第2圧縮室の吸入口と吐出口との間にそれぞれ設けられる第1及び第2ベーンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記駆動モータは、BLDCモータであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記駆動モータは、インバータモータであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
