Description
図7に示すように、回転軸21が第2回転方向(図7では時計回り方向)に回転すると、図5及び図6に示す、上部圧縮室31においてのみ圧縮作用がなされる動作とは逆に動作する結果、下部圧縮室32においてのみ圧縮動作がなされる。

Claims (10)
- 相異なる内容積を有するように画設された上部及び下部圧縮室と、
前記上部及び下部圧縮室を貫通する回転軸と、
前記上部及び下部圧縮室において前記回転軸に偏心設置される上部及び下部偏心カムと、
前記上部及び下部偏心カムの外周面にそれぞれ配設される上部及び下部偏心ブッシュと、
前記上部偏心ブッシュと下部偏心ブッシュとの間に形成されるスロットと、
前記回転軸の回転方向に沿って前記スロットの両端のうちいずれか一方に係止される、頭部を有する係止ピンと、
前記係止ピンを前記回転軸に結合させるために前記回転軸に形成され、前記頭部が圧入される圧入穴部を有する結合穴とを備え、
前記圧入穴部は、前記回転軸の軸方向に圧入力が働かないように、前記頭部から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って離隔されることを特徴とする容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記圧入穴部が、前記回転軸の軸方向に並んで長軸方向を有する楕円形状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記頭部が、外側に行くほど直径が増加するように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記係止ピンが雄ねじ部をさらに備え、前記結合穴には、前記係止ピンの雄ねじ部がねじ込まれるように雌ねじ部がさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記圧入穴部は、円形から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って両側部を切取った形状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記頭部は、外側に行くほど直径が増加するように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記係止ピンが雄ねじ部をさらに備え、前記結合穴には、前記係止ピンの雄ねじ部がねじ込まれるように雌ねじ部がさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 相異なる内容積を有するように画設された上部及び下部圧縮室と、
前記上部及び下部圧縮室を貫通する回転軸と、
前記上部及び下部圧縮室において前記回転軸にそれぞれ偏心設置される上部及び下部偏心カムと、
前記上部及び下部偏心カムの外周面にそれぞれ配置される上部及び下部偏心ブッシュと、
前記上部偏心ブッシュと下部偏心ブッシュとの間に形成されるスロットと、
前記回転軸の回転方向に沿って前記スロットの両端のうちいずれか一方に係止される、頭部を有する係止ピンと、
前記係止ピンを前記回転軸に結合させるために前記回転軸に形成され、前記頭部が圧入される圧入穴部を有する結合穴と、を備え、
前記圧入穴部は、前記回転軸の軸方向に沿った長さが、前記回転軸の円周方向に沿った長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記圧入穴部が、前記回転軸の軸方向に並んで長軸方向を有する楕円形状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記圧入穴部は、円形から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って両側部を切取った形状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
