Abstract
【解決手段】 この課題は、該方法において以下の各段階
(a)炭化水素およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物を、リフォーミング固 体触媒と接触させることによってリフォーミングを行う管式加熱リフォーマーから 煙道ガス含有廃熱区域と統合された加熱されるスチームリフォーミング装置中で加 熱し、
(b)部分的にスチームリフォーミングされた混合物を管式加熱リフォーマーに供給し、 そしてその混合物を更に所望の組成および温度にリフォーミングし、その際に加熱 されたスチームリフォーマーが、触媒ペレットおよび/または触媒構造化要素を含 む固体リフォーミング触媒を有する反応域を含めた配管系よりなり、該配管系が煙 道ガス含有の廃熱区域と統合されたプロセスガス配管系の一部である
を含むことによって解決される。

Description
(a)炭化水素およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物を、管式加熱リフォー マーから煙道ガス含有廃熱区域で加熱し、
(b)リフォーミング固体触媒と接触することによって廃熱区域の外側でこの反応混合物 を断熱リフォーミングし、
(c)所望の反応混合物組成および温度が達成されるまで段階(a)および(b)を繰り 返し、
(d)この反応混合物を管状加熱リフォーマーに供給しそしてこの混合物を所望の組成お よび温度に更にリフォーミングする
ことを含み、反応混合物の上記断熱リフォーミングを煙道ガス含有廃熱区域のプロセスガス配管系で行い、該配管系が加熱区域の外側に断熱域を有しかつ1種類以上の構造化触媒要素を含む固体リフォーミング触媒を含有していることを特徴とする、上記方法に関する。
(a)炭化水素原料およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物を任意に予備リフ ォーミングするための断熱予備リフォーマー、
(b)炭化水素原料およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物または予備リフォ ミングした混合物を加熱するための煙道ガス含有廃熱区域を有する管式加熱リフォ ーマー、
(c)煙道ガス含有廃熱区域に統合されたプロセスガス加熱用蛇管、
(d)廃熱区域の外側のスチームリフォーミング装置系
を含み、該スチームリフォーミング装置系が煙道ガス含有廃熱区域に加熱蛇管系の配管系のプロセスガス配管系に統合されており、該配管系が加熱区域の外側に断熱域を有しかつ1種類以上の構造化触媒要素を含む固体リフォーミング触媒を含有していることを特徴とする、上記装置に関する。

Claims (12)
- 触媒作用するスチームおよび/またはCO2 によって炭化水素原料をリフォーミングする合成ガスの製造方法において、以下の各段階
(a)炭化水素およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物を、管式加熱リフォー マーから煙道ガス含有廃熱区域で加熱し、
(b)リフォーミング固体触媒と接触することによって廃熱区域の外側でこの反応混合物 を断熱リフォーミングし、
(c)所望の反応混合物組成および温度が達成されるまで段階(a)および(b)を繰り 返し、
(d)この反応混合物を管状加熱リフォーマーに供給しそしてこの混合物を所望の組成お よび温度に更にリフォーミングする
ことを含み、反応混合物の上記断熱リフォーミングを煙道ガス含有廃熱区域のプロセスガス配管系で行い、該配管系が加熱区域の外側に断熱域を有しかつ1種類以上の構造化触媒要素を含む固体リフォーミング触媒を含有していることを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 炭化水素およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物が加熱段階(a)の以前に予備リフォーミングされている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構造化要素が波型で交差している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構造化要素が一体化物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構造化要素が大きな表面の構造化要素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体リフォーミング触媒が、プロセスガスを加熱蛇管へ供給しそして加熱蛇管から集めるヘッダー系中の断熱域にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体リフォーミング触媒が、蛇管の断熱域および/または管連結要素中にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 煙道ガス含有廃熱区域の内側に位置するプロセスガス配管系が固体リフォーミング触媒を含有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1の合成ガスの製造装置において、
(a)炭化水素原料およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物を任意に予備リフ ォーミングするための断熱予備リフォーマー、
(b)炭化水素原料およびスチームおよび/またはCO2 の反応混合物または予備リフォ ミングした混合物を加熱するための煙道ガス含有廃熱区域を有する管式加熱リフォ ーマー、
(c)煙道ガス含有廃熱区域に統合されたプロセスガス加熱用蛇管、
(d)廃熱区域の外側のスチームリフォーミング装置系
を含み、該スチームリフォーミング装置系が煙道ガス含有廃熱区域に加熱蛇管系の配管系のプロセスガス配管系に統合されており、該配管系が加熱区域の外側に断熱域を有しかつ1種類以上の構造化触媒要素を含む固体リフォーミング触媒を含有していることを特徴とする、上記装置。 - 固体リフォーミング触媒が、加熱蛇管にプロセスガス供給しそして加熱蛇管からプロセスガスを集めるヘッダー系の断熱域にある、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 固体リフォーミング触媒が蛇管および/または管連結要素の断熱域にある、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 煙道ガス含有廃熱区域に位置するプロセスガス加熱用蛇管が固体リフォーミング触媒を有している、請求項9〜11のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
