Abstract
【解決手段】工程ビーム駆動機構2a,2bは、鍛造プレス1の両側で、両方のスタンド3の間に配置された駆動ユニット6a,6bもしくは6c,6dから成っており、これらの駆動ユニットは駆動リンク機構7a,7bもしくは8a,8bを介して互いに平行な工程ビーム9a,9bと結合されている。各駆動リンク機構7a,7bもしくは8a,8bは、ビーム固定装置10a,10bを介して工程ビーム9aもしくは9bの端部と結合されている。これによって工程ビーム9a,9bは簡単に交換可能であり、プレス機において型を交換する場合、工程ビーム9a,9bの取り外しによって必要な自由空間を形成することができる。

Claims (5)
- たとえば鍛造プレスのための、工作物を歩進的に搬送するための工程ビーム駆動機構であって、少なくとも1つの工程ビームが設けられており、該工程ビームが端部で、ビーム固定装置を介して駆動ユニットと結合されている形式のものにおいて、
単数または複数の工程ビーム(9a,9b)が、弾性的な中間構造体(16)を介して駆動ユニット(6a,6b,6c,6d)と結合されていることを特徴とする、工程ビーム駆動機構。 - 弾性的な中間構造体(16)が、ばね手段(19;19a,19b;19c,19d)の対応配置された、少なくとも2つの軸(17a,17b)を中心に可動の継手(18)として形成されている、請求項1記載の工程ビーム駆動機構。
- 複数の軸(17a,17b)が、これらの軸(17a,17b)の軸方向に直交して配置された複数のばね(19a,19b;19c,19d)の間で緊締されている、請求項2記載の工程ビーム駆動機構。
- 前記複数の軸の一方(17a)が水平に、かつ他方(17b)が垂直に中間構造体(16)に設けられている、請求項3記載の工程ビーム駆動機構。
- 弾性的な中間構造体(16)として弾性ブロックが用いられている、請求項1記載の工程ビーム駆動機構。
