Abstract
【解決手段】 耐火性、特に、微粒状でバインダシステムの基本的な耐性成分を含む、耐火性修繕バッチ材料に関する。このバインダシステムは、少なくとも一つの微粒状の堅いビチューメン(瀝青)成分と、少なくとも一つの引火性金属粉と、少なくとも一つの可燃性鉱物オイル(鉱油)とを含む。

Description
45〜90重量%、特に、67〜80重量%の酸化マグネシウム焼結物などの耐性成分と、
1.5〜25重量%、特に、4〜10重量%のシリコン粉などの金属粉と、
3.5〜20重量%、特に、10〜15重量%の堅いビチューメン微粒と、
5〜10重量%、特に、6〜8重量%のフラックスオイルなどの鉱油と、
を有する。
耐性成分、堅いビチューメン、金属粉、使用可能ならば、さらなる炭素担体などの乾燥成分を正(陽性)ミキサ(positive mixer)で混ぜ、その後、鉱油を添加することを特徴とする。
45〜90重量%、特に、67〜80重量%の酸化マグネシウム焼結物などの耐性成分と、
1.5〜25重量%、特に、4〜10重量%のシリコン粉などの金属粉と、
3.5〜20重量%、特に、10〜15重量%の堅いビチューメン微粒と、
5〜10重量%、特に、6〜8重量%のフラックスオイルなどの鉱油とを含むバッチ。
70重量%の酸化マグネシウム焼結と、
4重量%の片状黒鉛と、
6重量%のシリコン粉と、
13重量%の堅いビチューメン微粒と、
7重量%のフラックスオイルとを含む材料である。
Claims (17)
- 耐火性、特に、微粒状でバインダシステムの基本的な耐性成分を含む耐火性修繕バッチ材料であって、前記バインダシステムは、少なくとも一つの微粒状の堅いビチューメン成分と、少なくとも一つの引火性金属粉と、少なくとも一つの可燃性鉱油とを含むことを特徴とする耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記耐性成分は、酸化マグネシウム、ドロマイト、酸化アルミニウム、アルミン酸マグネシウム、酸化シリコン、酸化ジルコニウム、クロム酸化物から構成されるグループの1又は複数の物質である請求項1に記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記耐性成分は、修繕されるライニング材料の粒径に対応する粒径を持つ請求項1又は2に記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 噴霧し、鋳造し、若しくは流し込むことができ、又は、自由に流れ、あるいは、遠心分離機にかけることができる粘稠度を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 使用温度において自己発火式で反応する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 使用温度において発熱を伴って反応する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 使用温度において炭素結合を形成する請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 使用温度においてセラミック結合を形成する請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記金属粉は、およそ500℃で発火する請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記鉱油は、使用温度において燃焼し、特に、例えば、フラックスオイルあるいは廃オイルなどの重油である請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記堅いビチューメンは、使用温度において、炭素結合を形成して、溶けてコークスになる請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記金属粉は、酸化して、耐性粒状物間及び耐性粒状物とライニング材料の間の焼結反応を引き起こす請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 前記金属粉は、45μm未満で、純度が90重量%である請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 好ましくは6重量%までの量である、少なくとも一つのさらなる炭素担体、特に、片状黒鉛などの黒鉛又はカーボンブラックを含む請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。
- 45〜90重量%、特に、67〜80重量%の酸化マグネシウム焼結物などの耐性成分と、
1.5〜25重量%、特に、4〜10重量%のシリコン粉などの金属粉と、
3.5〜20重量%、特に、10〜15重量%の堅いビチューメン微粒と、
5〜10重量%、特に、6〜8重量%のフラックスオイルなどの鉱油と、
を有する請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料。 - 請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の耐火性修繕バッチ材料を製造する方法であって、
耐性成分、堅いビチューメン、金属粉、使用可能ならば、さらなる炭素担体などの乾燥成分を正ミキサで混ぜ、その後、鉱油を添加することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記耐火性修繕材料は、サックで包装される請求項16に記載の方法。
