Abstract
【解決手段】シートベルト14を未着装にしていると、イグニッションスイッチ18を投入し、アクセルペダルの踏み込みにより車両を走行させようとしても、ペダル反力増加手段10によりアクセルペダルの踏み込み反力が増加するため、ドライバーにシートベルト14の着装を促すことができ、緊急時にはシートベルト未着装でも、アクセルペダルの踏み込み反力が増加するがその踏み込みにより車両を走行させることができて緊急時に対応することができる。

Description
イグニッションスイッチが投入された状態でシートベルトの未着装時には、前記ベルト着装検出手段の検出作用にもとづいてアクセルペダルの踏み込み反力を増加させるペダル反力増加手段と、を備えたことを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- シートベルトの着装、未着装を検出するベルト着装検出手段と、
イグニッションスイッチが投入された状態でシートベルトの未着装時には、前記ベルト着装検出手段の検出作用にもとづいてアクセルペダルの踏み込み反力を増加させるペダル反力増加手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするアクセルペダル装置。 - ペダル反力増加手段が、ペダルアームとペダル支持側部材とに跨って連結されてペダルアームをイニシャル位置に保持するリターンスプリングの張力を増加させるスプリング張力増加機構であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセルペダル装置。
- スプリング張力増加機構が、ペダル支持側部材に回動自在に軸支されて下端に前記リターンスプリングの一端を連結したレバーと、前記ベルト着装検出手段の検出作用にもとづいて作動されて、前記レバーの上端を押動してリターンスプリングの張力を増加させるアクチュエータと、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクセルペダル装置。
- レバーの上端が、ペダル支持側部材にスライド自在に配置されたカムプレートのカム部に摺接し、該カムプレートを前記アクチュエータの作動により押動することによりレバーをスプリング張力増加方向に移動するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクセルペダル装置。
- レバーの急速な復帰作動を抑制するダンパ機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3,4に記載のアクセルペダル装置。
- アクセルペダルの踏み込み,踏み込み解除を検出するアクセル状態検出手段を備え、ペダル反力増加手段の作動によりアクセルペダルの踏み込み反力が増加した後、前記アクセル状態検出手段とベルト着装検出手段の各検出作用にもとづいて、シートベルトが着装され、かつ、アクセルペダルの踏み込みが解除されるまで、前記ペダル反力増加手段の作動を持続するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のアクセルペダル装置。
