Claims (2)

  1. 内輪及び外輪及び転動体とを備えた転がり軸受において、前記内輪及び外輪及び転動体のうちの少なくとも一つが、wt%で、C:0.2〜1.2%、Si:0.5〜1.5%、Mn:0.1〜1.5%、Cr:2.5%以下、Mo:1.5%以下を含有し、転がり表面に浸炭窒化又は浸炭による硬化熱処理で転がり表面層を形成し、その転がり表面層にSiを含有する炭窒化物又は炭化物を1〜30面積%分散析出したことを特徴とする転がり軸受。
  2. 内輪及び外輪及び転動体とを備えた転がり軸受において、前記内輪及び外輪及び転動体のうちの少なくとも一つが、wt%で、C:0.2〜1.2%、Si:0.5〜1.5%、Mn:0.1〜1.5%、Cr:2.5%以下、Mo:1.5%以下を含有し、転がり表面に浸炭窒化又は浸炭による硬化熱処理で転がり表面層を形成し、その転がり表面層に、Si−Mn及びSi−Mo及びSi−Crの少なくとも一つ以上を含有する炭窒化物又は炭化物を1〜30面積%分散析出したことを特徴とする転がり軸受。
