きがなく、温度による物性変化の少なく、かつ油特有の
べとつきが少ない使用感に優れた油性組成物を提供す
る。 【解決手段】 （ａ）４０℃の粘度が１００ｃＳｔ以下
の炭化水素系油及び／又はブチルステアレートと、
（ｂ）ポリオレフィン類と、（ｃ）油膨潤性粉体とを含
有することを特徴とする油性組成物。好適な態様とし
て、（ｄ）金属石ケン類と、(ｅ)界面活性剤と、（ｆ）
平均粒子径５００μｍ以下の粒子と、（ｇ）薬効成分を
配合することができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、油性組成物に関
し、更に詳述すると、長期間保存しても保型性を維持し
表面への油浮きがなく、温度変化による物性への影響が
少なく、かつ油特有のべとつきが少ない、安定性及び使
用感に優れた油性組成物に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】油に保型性を付与する方法としては、油
のゲル化剤を配合する方法、又は、常温で固形の油、油
脂、界面活性剤などを配合する方法が一般的である。油
性のゲル化剤を用いた油性ゲルの調製方法としては、１
２−ヒドロキシステアリン酸、デキストリンパルミテー
ト、低融点ポリエチレンなどのゲル化剤を用いた方法が
知られている。
【０００３】しかしながら、これらの方法では、物理的
な力が加わると構造が壊れてしまうため、表面に油浮き
現象（離油）が起こってしまう。また、長期保存おいて
も経時的な構造変化によって油浮き現象（離油）が起こ
ってしまうという問題があった。
【０００４】また、常温で固形の油、油脂、界面活性剤
を用いた製剤化としては、例えば、カルナウバロウ、キ
ャンデリラロウ等のロウ類、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル
類、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレン共重合体
等の界面活性剤類を配合した製剤が知られている。
【０００５】しかしながら、これらの方法によっても温
度条件により影響を受けやすく、低温では硬く、高温で
は柔らかいなど物性面での問題があった。一方、この様
な油性ゲル剤において油浮き現象を解決するための手段
として、溶媒に高粘性の油（例えばワセリンなど）を用
いた製剤が考えられるが、塗布時のベトツキや延び性等
の使用感が極めて悪い製剤となってしまうという問題が
あった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、このような
状況下、従来における諸問題を解決し、以下の目的を達
成することを課題とする。即ち、本発明は、長期間保存
しても表面への油浮きがなく、温度による物性変化の少
なく、かつ油特有のべとつきが少ない、使用感に優れた
油性組成物を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明者は、上記課題を
解決するため鋭意検討を重ねた結果、（ａ）４０℃の粘
度が１００ｃＳｔ以下の炭化水素系油及び／又はブチル
ステアレートと、（ｂ）ポリオレフィン類と、（ｃ）油
膨潤性粉体と、更に必要に応じて、（ｄ）金属石ケン類
と、(ｅ)界面活性剤と、（ｆ）平均粒子径５００μｍ以
下の粒子と、（ｇ）薬効成分を配合することにより、使
用感が優れ、かつ安定性の良い油性組成物が得られるこ
とを見出し、本発明を完成したものである
【０００８】即ち、本発明は、上記課題を解決するた
め、下記の油性組成物を提供するものである。
【０００９】請求項１の発明は、（ａ）４０℃の粘度が
１００ｃＳｔ以下の炭化水素系油及び／又はブチルステ
アレートと、（ｂ）ポリオレフィン類と、（ｃ）油膨潤
性粉体とを含有することを特徴とする油性組成物であ
る。請求項２の発明は、（ｄ）金属石ケン類と、(ｅ)界
面活性剤とを配合した請求項１記載の油性組成物であ
る。請求項３の発明は、（ｆ）平均粒子径５００μｍ以
下の粒子を配合した請求項１又は２記載の油性組成物で
ある。請求項４の発明は、（ｇ）薬効成分を配合した請
求項１乃至３のいずれか１項記載の油性組成物である。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明について更に詳しく
説明する。本発明の油性組成物は、（ａ）４０℃の粘度
が１００ｃＳｔ以下の炭化水素系油及び／又はブチルス
テアレートと、（ｂ）ポリオレフィン類と、（ｃ）油膨
潤性粉体とを含み、更に必要に応じて、（ｄ）金属石ケ
ン類と、(ｅ)界面活性剤と、（ｆ）平均粒子径５００μ
ｍ以下の粒子と、（ｇ）薬効成分を配合してなるもので
ある。
【００１１】前記（ａ）成分の４０℃の粘度が１００ｃ
Ｓｔ以下の炭化水素系油及びブチルステアレート油性成
分とは、４０℃での粘度測定（化粧品原料基準「粘度測
定法」）を行ったとき１００ｃＳｔ以下、好ましくは５
０ｃＳｔ以下の粘度を示す炭化水素系油及び／又はブチ
ルステアレートを示すものである。
【００１２】前記（ａ）成分の４０℃の粘度が１００ｃ
Ｓｔ以下の炭化水素系油としては、例えば、流動パラフ
ィン類（例えば、エクソンモービルマーケティング製：
クリストール５２，７０，７２，１０２，１４２，１７
２，２０２，２６２，３２２，３５２等）、流動イソパ
ラフィン類（例えば、日本油脂（株）製：パールリーム
４，６，ＥＸ）、スクワラン、スクワレン（例えば、日
光ケミカルズ（株）製：スクワラン、スクワレンＥＸ
等）などが挙げられ、これらの１種を単独で又は２種以
上を組み合わせて用いることができる。また、（ａ）成
分に半固形油や固形油を添加しても差し支えなく、４０
℃の粘度が１００ｃＳｔ以下に調製した炭化水素系油を
用いることができる。更に、炭化水素系の油がポリオレ
フィン類のゲル化剤でゲル化する範囲であれば、エステ
ル系、アルコール系、脂肪酸系、シリコーン系などの炭
化水素系以外の油を配合しても差し支えない。
【００１３】なお、炭化水素系油とブチルステアレート
とを併用する場合には、その混合割合は、質量比で炭化
水素系油：ブチルステアレート＝１：０．１〜１０であ
ることが好ましい。
【００１４】（ａ）成分の炭化水素系油及び／又はブチ
ルステアレートの配合量は、特に制限されるものではな
いが、配合量が少なすぎると粉末固形製剤となってしま
うため、全油性組成物中に１０〜９９質量％、好ましく
は３０〜９５質量％である。
【００１５】前記（ｂ）成分のポリオレフィン類として
は、例えば、高融点ポリエチレン、低融点ポリエチレン
などが挙げられ、１種又は２種以上を組み合わせて用い
ることができる。但し、溶媒である（ａ）成分の炭化水
素系油に溶解混合することを考慮したとき、作業性、安
全性の点から低融点ポリエチレンが好ましい。
【００１６】（ｂ）成分のポリオレフィン類の配合量
は、特に制限されるものではないが、配合量が多すぎる
場合、製造時の粘度が高くなりハンドリング性や出来上
がり製剤の使用感が重くなるといった影響を与えるた
め、全油性組成物中に２０質量％以下、好ましくは１０
質量％以下、より好ましくは５質量％以下であることが
好ましい。
【００１７】前記（ｃ）成分の油膨潤性粒子としては、
例えば、シリコーンゴム系（東レ・ダウコーニング・シ
リコーン（株）製：トレフィルＥ−５０５，５０６，５
０７，５０８等）、粘度鉱物系（（株）豊順洋行製：エ
スベンＷ，Ｎ−４００，ニューエスベンＤ等）、メタケ
イ酸アルミン酸マグネシウム（三好化成（株）製：ＳＥ
ＢＵＭＡＳＥ等）などが挙げられ、これらの１種を単独
で又は２種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。な
お、（ｃ）成分の油膨潤性粒子の平均粒子径及び粒子形
状は特に制限されず、普通に用いられる範囲のものを適
宜選択して使用することができる。
【００１８】前記（ｃ）成分の油膨潤性粒子の配合量
は、特に制限されるものではないが、配合量が多すぎる
と（ｂ）成分のポリオレフィン類と同様に流動性が悪く
なってしまうため、全油性組成物中に０．１〜１０質量
％、より好ましくは０．５〜５質量％であることが好ま
しい。
【００１９】また、本発明の油性組成物には、上記
（ａ）〜（ｃ）成分以外にも、必要に応じて、（ｄ）金
属石ケン類と、(ｅ)界面活性剤と、（ｆ）平均粒子径５
００μｍ以下の粒子と、（ｇ）薬効成分を配合すること
が好ましい。
【００２０】前記（ｄ）成分の金属石ケン類としては、
例えば、ステアリン酸アルミニウム（モノタイプ，ジタ
イプ，トリタイプ）、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸
カルシウム、オレイン酸カルシウム、リシノール酸カル
シウムなどが挙げられ、これらの１種を単独で又は２種
以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。但し、溶解混
合することを考慮したとき、作業性及び安全性の点から
ステアリン酸アルミニウムが好ましい。
【００２１】（ｄ）成分の金属石ケン類の配合量は、特
に制限されるものではないが、配合量が多すぎる場合、
製造時の粘度が高くなりハンドリング性が悪くなり、か
つ、使用感が悪くなるため、全油性組成物中に１０質量
％以下、好ましくは５質量％以下、更に好ましくは２質
量％以下であることが好ましい。
【００２２】前記（ｅ）成分の界面活性剤としては、あ
る程度の親油性を示す界面活性剤であれば特に制限はな
く使用することができ、好ましくはＨＬＢが１２以下の
界面活性剤、更に好ましくはＨＬＢが８以下の界面活性
剤が好適である。例えば、モノステアリン酸グリセリ
ル、モノイソステアリン酸グリセリル、モノオレイン酸
グリセリル、ジステアリン酸グリセリル、ジオレイン酸
グリセリル、モノステアリン酸ジグリセリル、モノオレ
イン酸ジグリセリル、ペンタステアリン酸デカグリセリ
ル、ペンタイソステアリン酸デカグリセリル、イソステ
アリン酸ポリグリセリル等のグリセリン脂肪酸エステル
類やポリグルセリン脂肪酸エステル類、モノステアリン
酸ソルビタン、モノオレイン酸ソルビタン、セスキステ
アリン酸ソルビタン、セスキオレイン酸ソルビタン、ト
リステアリン酸ソルビタン、トリオレイン酸ソルビタン
等のソルビタン脂肪酸エステル類などが挙げられ、これ
らの１種を単独で又は２種以上を組み合わせて用いるこ
とができる。
【００２３】（ｅ）成分の界面活性剤の配合量は、特に
制限されるものではないが、安定性に関する効果及び人
体への安全性の観点から、全油性組成物中に０.１〜５
質量％、更に好ましくは０.１〜２質量％である。
【００２４】前記（ｆ）成分の平均粒子径５００μｍ以
下の粒子は、皮膚に塗布して使用する形態を考えた場合
には、使用感の点から５０μｍ以下が好ましく、特に２
０μｍ以下が好ましい。また、スクラブ剤としての形態
を考えた場合には、平均粒子径が２００〜４００μｍの
粒子を使用することが使用感の点から好ましい。このよ
うな粒子としては、例えば、シリカ系粒子（三好化成
（株）製：ＳＢ−３００，ＳＢ−７００、クロスフィー
ルド製：ソーボシルＡＣ７７，ＡＣ３５，ＡＣ３９，Ａ
Ｃ３３，ＢＦＧ５０，ＢＦＧ５１，ＢＦＧ５２，ＢＦＧ
５３，ＢＦＧ５４，ネオシルＰＣ１０，ＰＣ５０Ｓ，Ｐ
Ｃ５１Ｓ，ＰＣ５２Ｓ，ＰＣ５３Ｓ，ＰＣ５４Ｓ，ＣＢ
Ｔ６０，ＣＢＴ６０Ｓ，ＣＢＴ５０，ＣＢＴ７０，ＣＢ
Ｔ７１，ＣＢＴ７２等）、ナイロン系粒子（Ｅｌｆ ａ
ｔｏｃｈｅｍ製：オルガソール等）、シリコーン系複合
体粒子（信越化学工業（株）製：ＫＳＰ−１００，１０
１，１０２，１０３，１０４，１０５等）、ポリアクリ
ル酸系粒子（三好化成（株）製：ＰＭＭＡなど）、セル
ロース系粒子（旭化成（株）製：アビセル,セルフィア
等）、ポリエチレン系粒子（住友精化（株）製：フロー
ビーズ等）、ポリスチレン系粒子、糖又は糖アルコール
類の微粉砕物、クルミ、珊瑚、桃種子などの微粉砕物、
タルク、酸化チタンなどが挙げられるが、油に不溶の物
質であれば、ここに挙げたものに特に限定されるもので
はない。これらの粒子は、１種又は２種以上を組み合わ
せて用いることができる。
【００２５】（ｆ）成分の粒子の配合量は、特に制限さ
れるものではないが、全油性組成物中に０．１〜９０質
量％、更に好ましくは１〜７０質量％である。
【００２６】前記（ｇ）成分の薬効成分としては、特に
制限されないが、例えば、清涼化剤（例えば、ｌ-メン
トール、カンフル、ハッカ油等）、血流促進剤（例え
ば、ビタミンＥ類、アルニカエキス、ヘパリン類似物質
等）、消炎鎮痛剤（例えば、インドメタシン、サリチル
酸メチル、サリチル酸グリコール、ケトプロフェン、イ
ブプロフェン等）、鎮痒剤（例えば、クロタミトン、イ
クタモール、チモール酸等）、抗ヒスタミン剤（例え
ば、ジフェンヒドラミン等）、局所麻酔剤（例えば、リ
ドカイン、ジブカイン等）、生薬抽出成分（例えば、油
溶性甘草エキス、カミツレリキッド、カミロール、オリ
ザオイル、各種ハーブ油等）、抗炎症剤（例えば、グリ
チルレチン酸、グリチルレチン酸ステアリル、油性アズ
レン等）、角質溶解剤（例えば、サリチル酸、イオウ、
ビタミンＡ類、レゾルシン等）、ステロイド剤（例え
ば、酢酸ヒドロコルチゾン等）、美白化剤（例えば、エ
ラグ酸等）などが挙げられ、これらの１種を単独で又は
２種以上組み合わせて配合し得る。なお、薬効成分は油
に溶解性のあるものが好ましいが、微細化して分散状態
で配合することも可能である。
【００２７】前記（ｇ）成分の薬効成分の配合量は、特
に制限されるものではないが、全油性組成物中に０．０
１〜２０質量％、好ましくは０．１〜１０質量％であ
る。
【００２８】なお、本発明の油性組成物には、前記
（ａ）〜（ｇ）成分のほか、動植物油又は油脂（サフラ
ワー油、大豆油、月見草油、ローズヒップ油、ゴマ油、
ナタネ油、アボガド油、オリブ油、ツバキ油、ヒマシ
油、ヤシ油、パーム油、牛脂、乳脂など）、ロウ類（ミ
ツロウ、ラノリン、カルナウバロウ、キャンデリラロ
ウ、ホホバ油）、皮膜形成剤（エチルセルロースな
ど）、制汗剤、栄養剤、着色剤、香料成分、キレート
剤、緩衝剤などを目的に応じて適宜選択して配合するこ
とができる。
【００２９】本発明の油性組成物は、水を含まないか、
もしくは実質的に水を含まない組成物であり、製造方法
は、ホモミキサー、攪拌羽、ディスパー羽等を用いる常
法により混合することができる。
【００３０】本発明の油性組成物は、身体用の洗浄など
に用いる化粧料及び部外品、皮膚に適応する化粧料、部
外品及び医薬品（例えば、エアコン、冬場等による乾燥
・かゆみ、水仕事、メイク料、ネックレス、指輪等の金
属、下着、おむつ、生理用品、紫外線等による肌荒れ・
かぶれ・かゆみ・アレルギー症状、風邪、花粉症等の鼻
のかみすぎによる肌荒れ、アトピーなどによる肌荒れ・
かゆみ・皮膚炎症、紫外線防止剤など）、爪や頭髪に用
いる化粧品及び部外品、除毛用又は剃刀使用時もしくは
使用後に用いる化粧品、部外品及び医薬品、器具、用具
などの潤滑剤や光沢剤、マッサージ剤、制汗用剤などに
適応できる。

【実施例】以下、実施例及び比較例を示し、本発明を具
体的に説明するが、本発明は、これらの例によって何ら
限定されるものではない。
【００３２】〔実施例１〜１７及び比較例１〕表１〜表
３に示す組成について常法に準じて各油性液状組成物を
調製し、下記方法により、油浮き性（離油性）及び使用
感の評価を行った。結果を表１〜３に併記する。

いて製造１週間後の油浮きの有無を評価した。 ＜使用感評価＞モニター１０名による各組成物の使用感

０質量％、流動パラフィン（ＣＲＹＳＴＯＬ７０）を残
量にて製剤を調製し、抗炎症用剤を得た。

及び使用感を評価したところ、いずれも良好な結果が得
られた。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、長期間保存しても表面
への油浮きがなく、温度変化による物性への影響が少な
く、かつ油特有のべとつきが少ない、安定性及び使用感
に優れた油性組成物が得られる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 （ａ）４０℃の粘度が１００ｃＳｔ以下
    の炭化水素系油及び／又はブチルステアレートと、
    （ｂ）ポリオレフィン類と、（ｃ）油膨潤性粉体とを含
    有することを特徴とする油性組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 （ｄ）金属石ケン類と、(ｅ)界面活性剤
    とを配合した請求項１記載の油性組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 （ｆ）平均粒子径５００μｍ以下の粒子
    を配合した請求項１又は２記載の油性組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】 （ｇ）薬効成分を配合した請求項１乃至
    ３のいずれか１項記載の油性組成物。
