本発明の主題は、食物を調理するための器具に関してである。

【従来技術】
食物が調理され得るようにベースに一連の突出部を設け、グリルでの調理によ
り生じるのと対応した調理の最終の審美的効果を達成するようにして調理器具が
知られている。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、既知の器具により与えられるよりも食物のより良い調理を可
能にする上記形式の器具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的は、ベースとリムとを具備した器具において、前記ベースは、器具の
内側に複数の突出部を有し、前記リムも器具の内側に複数の突出部を有すること
を特徴とすることにより、達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、添付の図面を参照して、限定されない実施の形態の以下の記載から
より良く理解されるであろう。 符号１０で全体を通して示されている器具は、食物を調理することを意図して
おり、ベース１１とリム１２とを有し、扇形に類似した平面での形状をなしてい
る。 この器具は、これの内側に一連の突出１３を有している。これら突出は、扇形
の頂点から器具のリム１２の円弧状の前部１２´へと、ベース１１に沿ってほぼ
放射状に延びている。上述したように、これら突出部は、グリルでの調理により
生じるのと対応した調理の最終の審美的効果を達成するのを可能にしている。 前記リム１２の円弧状の前部１２´は、好ましくは、垂直面に対して約３０°
の角度で前方に傾斜されている。
【０００６】 前記扇形の頂点で、器具１０は、ハンドル１４を有している。このハンドルは
、実質的に長軸に沿って分けられ、かつこの長軸に沿って互いに適合される２つ
の部分１４Ａ，１４Ｂから構成されている。これらハンドル部分１４Ａ，１４Ｂ
の夫々は、部分１４Ａのためのピン１５Ａと、部分１４Ｂのためのピン１５Ｂと
を介して、器具１０の基部に回動可能に枢支されている。このような回動は、動
作位置と休止位置との間での２つのハンドル部分１４Ａ，１４Ｂの回動を可能に
している。動作位置では、これら部分は、器具１０の本体に固定された単一のハ
ンドルを形成するように互いに適合され、また、休止位置では、図４並びに５に
示されるように、ハンドル部分は、器具１０の本体に沿って位置される。
【０００７】 前記突出部１３が、器具１０のリム１２の前部１２´にも存在していることに
より、器具のこの部分もまた利用され得るので、食物のより良い調理が可能とな
っている。
【０００８】 前記リム１２の弓形となった前部１２´と、その前方への傾斜とは、２つの重
要な効果をもたらす。即ち、第１には、調理スペースの面積を大きくしているの
で、調理スペースが最適となる。また、調理された食物が皿の上へと容易に空に
することができる。かくして、調理された食物は、支持されて、崩れて審美的に
人目を引かないでおかれることが阻止される。
【０００９】 上述され、また図示された器具１０の実施の形態と、２つのハンドル部分１４
Ａ，１４Ｂとが折り畳まれ得るという事実により、器具は、非常にコンパクトに
なって、これが中に位置されるキッチンのキャビネットや皿洗器内での占有スペ
ースが小さくなり、また、他の器具と干渉するようなことがなくなる。
【００１０】 前記ベースとリム上の突出部は、上述し、また図示した以外の形態、形状、構
造を有し得るし、また、数も変更され得る。例えば、前記突出部は、互いに平行
でも、交差しても良い。さらに、これら突出部は、器具のベース並びに／もしく
はリムの内側の全てもしくは一部のみに設けられ得る。しかし、説明し図示され
た突出部の例は、特に有効であることが強調され得る。
【００１１】 器具の形態は、変更され得る。例えば、通常の円形でも良い。また、器具のリ
ムの傾斜も変更され得る。また、この場合でも、説明し図示された器具の形態が
特に有効であることが、示されている。
【００１２】 器具のハンドルもまた、種々の形態を有し得る。さらに、このハンドルは、単
一部材で回動可能もしくは固定され得る。また、複数のハンドルが設けられ得る
。しかし、説明し図示された実施の形態は、器具により占められるスペースのか
なりの減少を達成する。

Claims (9)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ベース（１１）とリム（１２）とを具備し、このベース（１
    １）は、器具の内側に複数の突出部（１３）を有する、食物調理用の器具におい
    て、リム（１２´）もまた、器具の内側に複数の突出部（１３）を有することを
    特徴とする、器具。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記ベース（１１）とリム（１２´）の突出部（１３）は、
    破断しないで、連続した形態である請求項１の器具。
  3. 【請求項３】 前側リム（１２´）は、弓形をしている請求項１もしくは２
    の器具。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記前側リム（１２´）は、外方に傾斜されている請求項３
    の器具。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記前側リム（１２´）は、垂直面に対して約３０°傾斜さ
    れている請求項４の器具。
  6. 【請求項６】 扇形に実質的に類似した平坦な形状を有している請求項１な
    いし５のいずれか１の器具。
  7. 【請求項７】 前記突出部は、扇形の頂点が実質的に放射状に延びている請
    求項６の器具。
  8. 【請求項８】 前記扇形の頂点から径方向に延びているハンドル（１４）を
    有する請求項６もしくは７の器具。
  9. 【請求項９】 前記ハンドル（１４）は、動作位置で互いに適合し、休止位
    置に回動するように、器具に枢支されており、休止位置で器具の本体に沿って配
    置される２つの部分（１４Ａ，１４Ｂ）により構成されている請求項８の器具。
