本发明涉及一种烹调厨具。

本发明的目的是提供一种上述厨具，它能够比已知的厨具更好的烹调食物。

底部和环圈部上的突起部分也可以具有与上述和图示不同的结构、形状和排列，在型式上可以变化。例如，突起部分也可以是彼此平行的或交叉的等。而且，突起部分可以在厨具的底部和/或环圈部内的整个或一部分上。但是应理解，业已发现，已说明和图示的突起部分实施例是特别有效的。

Claims (9)

1.一种烹调食物的厨具(10)，包括一个底部(11)和一个环圈部(12)，在厨具内底部(11)具有突起部分，特征是：在厨具内环圈部12′也具有突起部分(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨具，其特征在于，底部(11)和环圈部(12′)突起部分是连接的，在连续中不断开。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨具，其特征在于，前环圈部(12′)是弧形的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的厨具，其特征在于，前环圈部部(12′)向外倾斜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的厨具，其特征在于，前环圈部部(12′)与竖直方向成约30度倾斜。
