本发明涉及一种烹调厨具。
背景技术
众所周知，烹调厨具在其能够进行食物的烹调的底部具有一系列突起部分，便能够取得与在炉栅上烹调产生的相应烹调最终的美观效果。
欧洲专利公开文本No.EP-A-515705公开了一种这样的烹调厨具，其包括一个底部和环圈部，两者在厨具的内侧均有突起部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上述厨具，它能够比已知的厨具更好的烹调食物，同时在不使用时占地儿少。
为此，本发明提供一种烹调食物的厨具，包括一个底部和一个环圈部，在厨具内侧的底部和环圈部具有突起部分，其特征是：平面中的结构相似于一个扇形，带有两个直线圈部和一个弧形圈部，其中弧形圈部也设有突起部分且向外倾斜与底部形成一个连续的烹调表面，并且一个把手从扇形顶部径向伸出且由两个部分构成，在工作位置它们配合到一起且枢轴式安装到厨具上，能够旋转到不工作的位置，在不工作位置每个把手部分沿两个直线圈部紧靠厨具本体。

具体实施方式
图示的烹调食物的厨具10，包括一个底部11和一个环圈部12，在平面中的结构大致与一个圆的扇形相似。
在内侧，厨具10具有：一系列的突起部分13，它们从扇形的顶伸出，沿底部11和厨具的环圈部12的弧形前部12′径向延伸。如上所述，这些突起部分使得烹调的食物能够带有与在栅上烹调产生的一致的最终烹调美感。
环圈部12的弧形前部12′向前倾斜，最好是与竖直方向成约30度角。

已图示和说明了上述的厨具10的实施例。两个把手部分14A和14B能够折叠，使得所述厨具紧凑，在厨房柜或洗碗机中放置它占有很小的空间，以致不干扰其他厨具。
底部和环圈部上的突起部分也可以具有与上述和图示不同的结构、形状和排列，在型式上可以变化。例如，突起部分也可以是彼此平行的或交叉的等。而且，突起部分可以在厨具的底部和/或环圈部内的整个或一部分上。但是应理解，业已发现，已说明和图示的突起部分实施例是特别有效的。
环圈部的倾斜也可以变化。厨具的把手也可以具有任何的结构。

Claims (5)

1.一种烹调食物的厨具(10)，包括一个底部(11)和一个环圈部(12)，在厨具内侧的底部(11)和环圈部(12)具有突起部分(13)，其特征是：平面中的结构相似于一个扇形，带有两个直线圈部和一个弧形圈部(12′)，其中弧形圈部(12′)也设有突起部分(13)且向外倾斜与底部形成一个连续的烹调表面，并且一个把手(14)从扇形顶部径向伸出且由两个部分(14A，14B)构成，在工作位置它们配合到一起且枢轴式安装到厨具上，能够旋转到不工作的位置，在不工作位置每个把手(14)部分(14A，14B)沿两个直线圈部紧靠厨具本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨具，其特征在于，底部(11)和环圈部(12)的突起部分(13)是连续延伸的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨具，其特征在于，突起部分(13)从扇形的顶径向延伸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨具，其特征在于，弧形环圈部(12′)与竖直方向倾斜30度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的厨具，其特征在于，弧形环圈部(12′)与竖直方向倾斜30度。
