Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数の側面と基盤面とを有し、そこを通って圧力流体チャンネル(18、 40、70、71)が延びていて、中に少なくとも1つの電磁気的に操作可能な バルブが結合されている金属のバルブブロック(1)を備え、バルブブロック( 1)の外側に設けられた駆動部(23)を有し、ハウジング(1、60)を構成 する低圧アキュムレータ(24)とその中に案内されたアキュムレータピストン (35)を有していて、 ハウジングの部分がバルブブロック(1)に接続可能で基盤(29)から突出 している付加部品(60)であることを特徴とする液圧装置。 2. アキュムレータピストン(35)は、付加部品(60)に案内されていて 、バルブブロック(1)によって形成されたそのハウジングの部分は、低圧アキ ュムレータ(24)の最大貯蔵容量にほぼ対応する容積を径方向に取り巻いてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液圧装置。 3. バルブブロック(1)は、各電磁気的駆動部(23)を有した複数のバル ブを備え、バルブは基盤(29)にサイドバイサイドに付加部品(60)に隣接 して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の液圧装置。 4. 付加部品(60)は、ボウル形状を有していて、その端部(31)によっ て基盤(29)内に開口した盲端孔(32)に取着されていることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の液圧装置。 5. 盲端孔(32)は、段状に拡大していて、封止リング(34)は、一方に おいて段部(33)として形成されたバルブブロック(1)の肩部によって保持 され、他方において付加部品(30)のビードが付けられた端部(31)によっ て保持された拡大部に位置していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の液圧装置。 6. アキュムレータピストン(35)は、金属板からボウルタイプの形状に深 絞りされていて、その開口部が付加部品(60)内に導入されていることを特徴 とする請求項4記載の液圧装置。 7. 真っ直ぐな接続孔(40)は、盲端孔(32)とポンプヒストンを収容す る交差孔(18)との間に延びていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の液圧装置 。 8. ポンプ吸引バルブ(41)を形成する不可逆バルブは、盲端孔(32)内 の接続孔(40)の開口部内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の 液圧装置。 9. ポンプピストンを収容する交差孔(18)は、バルブブロック(1)の側 面に開口していて開口領域は減衰チャンバ(60)を形成するために延びている ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか1項記載の液圧装置。 10. 減衰チャンバ(60)は、プレート(61)によって閉成されているこ とを特徴とする請求項9記載の液圧装置。 11. ポンプ加圧バルブ(50)として形成された不可逆バルブは、減衰チャ ンバ(60)への遷移点でポンプピストンを収容する交差孔(18)に設けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の液圧装置。 12. 不可逆バルブ(41、51)は、通路(43)を持ったバルブスプリン グm(52)とバルブ閉成部材(44)とを有し、バルブ閉成部材(44)は、 通路(43)を通って延びていて、自由端部に通路の断面から横方向に突出した フックを有する延在部(45)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項8または11記 載の液圧装置。 13. 接続孔(70)は、減衰チャンバ(60)から圧力流体チャンネル(7 1)に延びていて、その開口部の少し前方に圧力流体チャンネル(71)内への オリフィスを形成するように狭められていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の液 圧装置。 14. 駆動要素(23)と付加部品(60)を覆うハウジングキャップ(75 )は、基盤(29)に取着されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし13いず れか1項記載の液圧装置。 15. ハウジングキャップ(75)は、バルブブロック(1)よりも大きい横 方向の長さを有していて、ハウジングキャップ(75)の突出した側壁の少なく とも一部分は、基盤(29)に向き合った他の基盤まで延びていて導いているこ とを特徴とする請求項14記載の液圧装置。 16. バルブブロック(1)に収容されポンプ(17、18、19)を駆動す るための電気モータ(2)は、第2の基盤(4)にフランジ止めされていて、電 子的制御装置(73)はハウジングキャップ(75)の底部内または底部上に設 けられていて、電気的接続部(80)は、ハウジングキャップ(75)の延在し た側壁部とバルブブロック(1)の対向した側面との間のチャンネル(79)内 で、電気モータ(2)と電子的制御装置(73)との間に延びていることを特徴 とする請求項15記載の液圧装置。 17. バルブブロック(1)を通過して延びたハウジングキャップ(75)の 側壁の部分は、バルブブロック(1)の側壁に沿って、断面が半円状でそこを通 って接続ライン(80)が通過するチャンネル(19)を形成する半円筒状に形 成されていることを特徴とする請求項16記載の液圧装置。
