Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (A)一般式(1): 〔式中、 R1:H、C1〜C18−アルキル、C5〜C6−シクロアルキルもしくはC6〜C12 −アリール、 R2:H、ハロゲンもしくはC1〜C12−アルキル、 R3:H、C1〜C12−アルキル、ハロゲン、好ましくはClもしくはBrまたは C6〜C12−アリール、 R4:H、C1〜C18−アルキルもしくはC6〜C18−アリール。〕 によるヒドロキシベンズトリアゾールと、 (B)エポキシド基を有する加水分解性シランと を含有するUV−安定化剤混合物。 2. シランのエポキシド基と一般式(1)のヒドロキシベンズトリアゾールと のモル比が2.5より大であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のUV −安定化剤混合物。 3. 一般式(1)のヒドロキシベンズトリアゾールが1−(3’−(ベンズト リアゾール−2”−イル)−4’−ヒドロキシフェニル)−1,1−ビス(4− ヒドロキシフェニル)エタンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第 2項に記載のUV−安定化剤混合物。 4. 一般式(1)のヒドロキシベンズトリアゾールとエポキシド基を有する加 水分解性シランとを混合し、少なくとも30分間にわたり少なくとも90℃まで 加熱することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一項に記載のUV− 安定化剤混合物の製造方法。 5. 請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一項に記載のUV−安定化剤混合物を含 有するシロキサン系。 6. 請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法により得られるUV−安定化剤混合物を含 有するシロキサン系。 7. シロキサン系の固形分に対するヒドロキシベンズトリアゾールの割合が0 .3〜20であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項または第6項に記載のシロ キサン系。 8. 請求の範囲第5〜7項のいずれか一項に記載のシロキサン系とSi、Al 、SbおよびB並びに遷移金属、好ましくはTi、Ce、FeおよびZrの酸化 物、酸化水和物、窒化物および炭化物よりなる群から選択される化合物からなる 必要に応じ粒子状材料とを含有し、この材料が1〜100nmの範囲の粒子寸法 を有することを特徴とするシロキサン被覆材料。 9. 各種の支持体材料、好ましくは熱可塑性プラスチック、特に好ましくはポ リカーボネートを被覆するための請求の範囲第8項に記載のシロキサン被覆材料 の使用。 10. 少なくとも照射線に露呈される材料の表面が請求の範囲第8項に記載の シロキサン被覆材料により被覆したことを特徴とする被覆された材料、好ましく はポリカーボネート。
