Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテルであって、 基端部および先端舞を有する細長いシャフト部材と、 前記シャフトの先端部に配置されたバルーンアセンブリと、 を含み、 前記シャフトは、基端部および先端部を有する放射線ワイヤ管腔を含み、前記 放射線ワイヤ管腔は、前記シャフトの基端部と前記バルーンアセンブリとの間に 伸びており、 前記シャフトの先端部はガイドワイヤ管腔を有し、 前記シャフトは、基端部および先端部を有する膨張管腔を含み、前記膨張管腔 は、前記シャフトの基端部と前記バルーンアセンブリとの間に伸びており、 前記バルーンアセンブリは、少なくとも1つのストランドを備えた膨張可能な らせん状バルーンを含み、前記らせん状ストランドは前記膨張管腔と液体の行来 が可能に連通しており、 前記細長いシャフト部材は、その先端部に複数の通り穴を有し、 前記らせん状ストランドは、前記らせん状バルーンが前記シャフト部材に固定 されて、前記らせん状ストランドと前記シャフト部材の先端部との間で潅流管腔 を形成するように、前記シャフト部材の通り穴を通過する 血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 2. 前記放射線ワイヤ管腔は、前記バルーンを実質的に通過して伸びると共に 、前記潅流管腔と液体の行来が可能に連通するのを防止するように閉鎖した先端 を有する請求項1に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 3. 前記放射線ワイヤ管腔は、前記バルーンの基端に隣接して終端すると共に 、前記潅流管腔と液体の行来が可能に連通するように開放した先端を有する請求 項 1に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 4. 前記潅流管腔の内部と外部とを形成するように、前記らせん状コイルとシ ャフトの先端部との周囲に配置された管状シースをさらに備える請求項1に記載 の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 5. 前記通り穴はシャフト先端部のストランド間領域を形成し、 前記管状シースは前記シャフトのストランド間領域と接触し、 前記シャフトは、そのの先端部を実質的に通過して伸びる注入管腔を有し、前 記注入管腔は壁を有し、前記注入管腔の壁および前記シースは前記ストランド間 領域と連通する通り穴を有し、それによって前記注入管腔が前記潅流管腔の外部 と液体の行来が可能に連通する請求項4に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテー テル。 6. 血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテルであって、 基端部、先端部、および長手方向の軸を含む細長いシャフト部材と、 前記シャフトの先端部に配置されたバルーンアセンブリと、 を有し、 前記シャフトは基端部および先端部を備えた放射線ワイヤ管を有し、前記放射 線ワイヤ管は前記シャフトの基端部と前記バルーンアセンブリとの間に伸びてお り、 前記シャフトの先端部はガイドワイヤ管を有し、 前記シャフトは基端部および先端部を備えた膨張管を有し、前記膨張管は前記 シャフトの基端部と前記バルーンアセンブリとの間に伸びており、 前記バルーンアセンブリは、前記長手方向の軸の周囲の複数の巻き線状に形成 された少なくとも1つのらせん状ストランドを有する膨張可能ならせん状バルー ンを含み、前記らせん状ストランドは前記膨張管腔と液体の行来が可能に連通し ており、 前記細長いシャフト部材は、その先端部に複数の通り穴を有し、 前記らせん状ストランドは前記シャフト部材の通り穴を通過し、それによって 前記らせん状バルーンが前記シャフト部材に固定されて、前記らせん状ストラン ドと前記シャフト部材の先端部との間に潅流管腔が形成される 血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 7. 前記放射線ワイヤ管は、前記バルーンを実質的に通過して伸びていると共 に、前記潅流管腔との液体の行来が可能な連通が防止されるように閉鎖した先端 を有する請求項6に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 8. 前記放射線ワイヤ管は、前記バルーンの基端に隣接して終端すると共に、 前記潅流管腔と液体の行来が可能に連通するように、開放した先端を有する請求 項6に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 9. 前記潅流管腔の内部および外部を形成するように、前記らせん状コイルと シャフトの先端部の周囲に配置された管状シースをさらに備える請求項6に記載 の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 10. 前記通り穴はシャフト先端部のストランド間領域を形成し、 前記管状シースは前記シャフトのストランド間領域と接触し、 前記シャフトは、その先端部を実質的に通過して伸びる注入管腔を有し、前記 注入管腔は壁を有し、前記注入管腔の壁および前記シースは前記ストランド間領 域と連通する通り穴を有し、それによって前記注入管腔が前記潅流管腔の外部と 液体の行来が可能に連通する 請求項9に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 11. 前記通り穴は、シャフトの先端部のストランド間領域を形成し、 前記管状シースは、前記シャフトのストランド間領域と接触し、 前記カテーテルのシャフトは、長手方向に伸びる第1の部分と、前記第1の部 分に接続された長手方向に伸びる第2の部分とを有し、前記長手方向に伸びる第 1の部分は、前記シャフトの基端部内に前記放射線ワイヤ管を収容し、前記長手 方向に伸びる第2の部分は、前記シャフトの基端部内に前記膨張管を収容し、前 記長手方向に伸びる第1の部分は、前記シャフトの先端部内に前記ガイドワイヤ 管を収容し、前記放射線ワイヤ管は、前記先端部内の前記シャフトに対して外側 に存在する 請求項9に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。 12. 前記長手方向に伸びる第1の部分は、壁を有し且つ前記注入管腔の壁を 形成する管であり、前記注入管腔は、前記長手方向に伸びる第1の部分の管壁と 前記シャフトの基端部内の前記放射線ワイヤ管との間で形成されている請求項1 1に記載の血管内放射線デリバリーカテーテル。
