Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 以下の重量%単位の組成: を有し、CuおよびCoの各元素が0〜0.5%、Nb+Taの合計が0〜0.5%であり、残 りが鉄および不純物から構成され、しかも該組成が、以下の条件: (%Cr)+2.5(%Mo)≦27 (I) (%Cr)+3.3(%Mo)≧26 (II);及び Log(%N)+0.0605(%N)=-1.3+[125(%V)+80(%Nb)+52(%Cr)+ 19(%Mn)]×10-3-[4.3(%Cr)2+0.35(%Mn)2]×10-4+0.17(%Cr)3×10-5 (III) を満足することを特徴とする、生理学的媒体中で耐食性がありかつ大気圧下で 製造できる高規格非磁性ステンレス鋼。 2. 前記組成が、以下の関係: (%Cr)+3.3(%Mo)+30(%N)-(%Mn)≧26 (IV) を満足することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼。 3. 1000℃以上の温度で溶体化処理して過硬化させた後、引張降伏強度Rp 0.2が 450N/mm2以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の鋼。 4. 1000℃以上の温度で溶体化処理して過硬化させた金属を周囲温度で加工硬化 させた後、引張降伏強度Rp 0.2が1000N/mm2であり、破断点伸びA5dが25%を超 えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼。 5. 内部または外部適用のために人体に接触させることが意図された物品を製造 するための、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼の使用。
