Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マメ科(genus Ieguminosae)の植物材料を、水、C1-C10の有機溶媒、及びイ ソフラボングリコシドをアグルコン(aglucone)の形に分解する酵素と接触させて 混合物を形成し、この混合物を、アグルコンの形のイソフラボンを有機溶媒中に 分配するのに充分な時間インキュベートし、そしてこの有機溶媒からイソフラボ ン類を回収することよりなるマメ科植物からイソフラボン類を製造する方法。 2.有機溶媒が回収され、有機溶媒がイソフラボン残滓を得るために除去され、 そして、この残滓がその中でイソフラボン類がイソフラボン類沈殿物のような実 質的に不溶性であり、そして続いて回収される有機溶媒と混合される、請求の範 囲1による方法。 3.そのなかに溶解されているイソフラボン類を含む混合物中で有機溶媒が水と 混和することができ、残滓と水とを含むイソフラボン類を得るために除去され、 そして、その後水と混和しないC1-C10のイソフラボン可溶化有機溶媒と混和し、 有機相と水性相とを生じさせ、イソフラボン類を溶解して含んでいるこの有機溶 媒相を集め、それからイソフラボン類を回収する請求の範囲1による方法。4. 有機溶媒相を水を添加して蒸発させ、その後イソフラボン類を水可溶性綿状固ま りを形成させる請求の範囲3による方法。 5.混合物か、酵素及び植物材料を含有する水性相、及びイソフラボン分配物を 含む有機相よりなる請求の範囲1による方法。 6.混合物が、有機溶媒と水との激しい混合によって形成されたエマルジョンよ りなるものである請求の範囲1による方法。 7.酵素がβ−グルカナーゼとβ−キシラナーゼの混和物である請求の範囲5に よる方法。 8.植物材料が水及び酵素と混合され、その後有機相と水性相とを、あるいは有 機溶媒と水の激しい混合によって形成されるエマルジョンを形成するように有機 溶媒が加えられる請求の範囲1による方法。 9.植物材料が水と混合され、その後酵素が有機溶媒とともに加えられる請求の 範囲1による方法。 10.植物材料が大豆またはクローバーに由来する請求の範囲1による方法。 11.温度10℃〜30℃で実施される請求の範囲1による方法。 12.植物材料が粒子の形態である請求の範囲1による方法。 13.植物材料か大豆粉である請求の範囲12による方法。 14.植物材料が大豆胚軸(soy hypocotyls)と大豆子葉(soy cotyledons)の量を変 えることのできる混合物である請求の範囲12による方法。 15.植物材料がクローバーである請求の範囲1による方法。 16.好ましくは医薬的に許容される担体及び/又は賦形剤と組み合わせた、請求 の範囲1によって得られるイソフラボン類よりなる組成物。 17.食品成分と組み合わせた、請求の範囲1によって得られるイソフラボン類よ りなる食品組成物。 18.回収されたイソフラボン類からダイゼインが精製される請求の範囲1による 方法。 19.請求の範囲1の方法によって得られるイソフラボン類。 20.回収されたイソフラボン類からゲニスティンが精製される請求の範囲1によ る方法。 21.請求の範囲18の方法によって得られるたダイゼイン。 22.請求の範囲20の方法によって得られたゲニスティン。
