Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance and inspection time operation device capable of simplifying a working process, maintaining attention of a maintenance and inspection worker and securing safety of work. SOLUTION: The maintenance and inspection worker 4 riding in a car 3 elevates the car 3 by operating a manual operation switch 5, stops the car 3 at a working position of a first stopping switch 10, elevates by the manual switch 5 again after paying attention while grasping a status in the circumference and secures a working space when danger of colliding against top part equipment in an elevator shaft is eliminated since elevating speed is reduced at this time, at the time of maintenance and inspection of the equipment provided on a top part in the elevator shaft.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described. When performing maintenance and inspection work on the top device in the hoistway of the elevator, the operator 4 operates the manual operation switch 5 on the ceiling of the car 3 and the car 3 performs the ascending operation based on the ascending signal by this operation. During the operation based on the manual operation switch, when the switch operating cam 7 of the car 3 comes into contact with the upper stop switch 6, the upper stop switch 6 is operated, and the operation signal is transmitted to the elevator control panel 9 through the wiring cable 6a.
Is input to The control panel 9 stops the car 3 based on the input. The upper stop switch 6 is a switch mounted at a position where the worker 4 does not collide with the equipment at the top of the hoistway due to the elevation of the car 3, and this switch avoids the danger of the worker 4 colliding with the equipment at the top. are doing. Thereafter, the operation of the upper stop switch 6 is released by the operator 4 in order to perform maintenance and inspection of the equipment on the top, and thereafter, the car 3 is raised based on the signal of raising the manual operation switch 5 by the operator 4, and the position where the car 3 is operable. Is reached, the operator 4 stops the car 3 with the manual operation switch 5, and performs maintenance and inspection work on the top device such as the hoisting machine 1 from above the car 3.

Next, the operation of the elevator maintenance and inspection operation device according to the first embodiment will be described. The elevator is operated in the manual mode when performing maintenance and inspection.
First, the ceiling of the car 3 is moved from the top floor landing 8 to the maintenance and inspection worker 4
Stop where you can get in. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, the worker 4 gets on the ceiling of the car 3, and the manual operation switch 5 provided on the ceiling of the car 3 moves the operator 4 for about 15 minutes.
The ascending operation is performed at a normal speed of m / min. As shown in FIG. 2, when the switch actuating cam 7 attached to the side surface of the ascending car 3 comes into contact with the first stop switch 10, the first stop switch 10 is actuated, and the actuation signal is transmitted through the wiring cable 10a. It is input to the elevator control panel 9. When an operation signal of the first stop switch 10 is input to the control panel 9, the control panel 9 outputs a stop signal to the hoist 1,
The lift of the car 3 is stopped at the first car stop position. In this position, the worker 4 does not have to worry about colliding with the top device in the hoistway, can calm down, and can maintain his or her attention. Further, this position is a position where the worker on the car ceiling and the equipment to be inspected and maintained at the top of the hoistway can maintain a sufficient distance so as not to collide with each other.

After that, when the worker 4 confirms the surroundings, the worker presses the up button of the manual operation switch 5, and the up signal is sent to the control panel 9 through the connection cable 5a.
Is input to When an ascending signal is input from the manual operation switch 5, the control panel 9 outputs a low-speed signal to the hoisting machine 1 via the frequency setting device 12, and raises the car 3 at a low speed of about 4 m / min. At this time, since the worker 4 rises at a low speed, the worker 4 can take measures to prevent collision with the equipment at the top of the hoistway, thereby improving safety.

As shown in FIG. 3, the car 3 which rises at a low speed
When the switch operating cam 7 attached to the side of the switch comes into contact with the second stop switch 11, the second stop switch 11 is operated, and the operation signal is input to the control panel 9 through the wiring cable 11a, and the control panel 9 Outputs a stop signal based on the signal to stop the car 3 at the second stop position. The second car stop position is a position where the operator can easily perform maintenance and inspection of the equipment at the top of the hoistway, and can reliably and safely reach the top of the hoistway.
