換式切削ホルダーを提供する。 【解決手段】 チップ２を着脱可能に取付けたホルダー
ヘッド１と、ホルダーヘッド１の接続端に突設した円錐
形取付部５に密嵌する嵌合突部６を備えたシャンク３と
から構成され、シャンク３の外端から嵌合突部６に給油
穴４を貫通し、前記円錐形取付部５の側面に形成したね
じ穴８に合致するボルト穴９をシャンク３の嵌合突部６
に開設し、ボルト穴９からねじ穴８にクランプねじ１０
をねじ込んでシャンク３とホルダーヘッド１とを一体的
に固定した。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】チップを備えたホルダーヘッ
ドとシャンクとを分離し、種々なヘッドをシャンクに対
し、交換可能に接続する型式のヘッド交換式切削ホルダ
ーの改良に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、ホル
ダーヘッドの締付け、密着結合を高め、二重にクランプ
して強度を高め、しかも給油を可能にするヘッド交換式
切削ホルダーを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の手段は次のとお
りである。
【０００４】チップを着脱可能に取付けたホルダーヘッ
ドと、ホルダーヘッドの接続端に突設した円錐形取付部
に密嵌する嵌合突部を備えたシャンクとから構成され、
シャンクの外端から嵌合突部に給納穴を貫通し、前記円
錐形取付部の側面に形成したねじ穴に合致するボルト穴
をシャンクの嵌合突部に開設し、ボルト穴からねじ穴に
クランプねじをねじ込んでシャンクとホルダーヘッドと
を一体的に固定したことにある。

【発明の実施の形態】図面について本発明に係る切削ホ
ルダーの具体例を説明する。１は切削チップ２を着脱で
きるように取付けた鋼材のホルダーヘッド、３は超硬材
のシャンクである。
【０００６】ホルダーヘッド１に円錐形の取付部５を突
設しシャンク３の中心部に空けた給油穴４の一端を前記
取付部５が密嵌する嵌合突部６に連絡させ、他端はシャ
ンクを逆に使用する場合の嵌合突部６を形成する。
【０００７】又、本発明においては、円錐形取付部５の
側面にねじ穴８をあけ、シャンク３の周面に前記ねじ穴
８と合致する位置にボルト穴９を形成し、ボルト穴９か
らねじ穴８にクランプねじ１０をねじ込んでヘッド１と
シャンク３とを一体的に結合するものである。更にシャ
ンク３の嵌合突部６の先端面に位置決め突子１１を設け
この突子１１がホルダーヘッド１の円錐形取付部５の係
合凹欠１２に嵌まり安定する。

【発明の効果】本発明は上述のように、ホルダーヘッド
１はシャンク３の嵌合突部に密嵌すると共にシャンクの
周側にクランプねじをねじ込んで固定してあるため、即
ち二重にクランプしてあるので、ヘッドとシャンクの結
合は強固となり、強い衝撃力に良く耐える。また給油穴
も設けてあるため、特に内部からの給油が可能となりホ
ルダーヘッドとシャンクとの交換も容易にできる等の実
益がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 チップを着脱可能に取付けたホルダーヘ
    ッドと、ホルダーヘッドの接続端に突設した円錐形取付
    部に密嵌する嵌合突部を備えたシャンクとから構成さ
    れ、シャンクの外端から嵌合突部に給油穴を貫通し、前
    記円錐形取付部の側面に形成したねじ穴に合致するボル
    ト穴をシャンクの嵌合突部に開設し、ボルト穴からねじ
    穴にクランプねじをねじ込んでシャンクとホルダーヘッ
    ドとを一体的に固定したヘッド交換式切削ホルダー。
