Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記の成分(a)〜(d)から成ることを特徴し、基材の積層に有用な熱 硬化性樹脂接着剤組成物: (a) カルボキシル官能基を有するアクリル・ラテックス; (b) ポリウレタン分散系; (c) 過剰の第三級アミン;及び (d) メトキシメチルイミノメラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂。 2. キャストフィルムとして剥離ライナー上に分配した請求項1記載の接着剤 。 3. 接着剤がpH>7である請求項1記載の接着剤。 4. 前記アクリルラテックスが、カルボキシル官能基及びヒドロキシル官能基 を有する請求項1記載の接着剤。 5. 前記アミンがアルカノールアミンである請求項1記載の接着剤。 6. 前記アルカノールアミンが、ジメチルエタノールアミン又はジエメチルエ タノールアミンである請求項1記載の接着剤。 7. 前記アクリルラテックス官能価がヒドロキシル基及びカルボキシル基から なる請求項1記載の接着剤。 8. (a)10〜30部のアクリル・ラテックス; (b) 70〜85部のポリウレタン分散系; (c) 0.2〜1.0部の第三級アミン;及び (d) 1〜3部のメラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂 からなる請求項1記載の接着剤。 9. (a)20部のアクリル・ラテックス; (b) 77部のポリウレタン分散系; (c) 0.6部の第三級アミン;及び (d) 1.5部のメラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂 からなる請求項1記載の接着剤。 10. 反応性可能基をもつアクリルラテックス及びポリウレタン分散系を第三 級アミンとpHが7以上であるように混合する工程;前記混合物を反応性イミノ 官能価をもつメラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂に添加する工程;環境温度で4ケ月 、 高温で2ケ月の保存性を有する水性液体接着剤を生成する工程;前記接着剤を剥 離ライナー上に分配して接着剤フィルムを形成させる工程;前記フィルムを乾燥 する工程;前記剥離ライナーを除去する工程;前記フィルムを2つの基材の間に 挿入する工程;前記基材及びフィルムを加熱する工程;前記アミンを揮発させる 工程;架橋した熱硬化性重合体を生成させる工程;及び前記2つの基材を一緒に 接着させる工程から成ることを特徴とする、基材−熱硬化性接着剤−基材の積層 基材の製造法。 11. 前記アクリルラテックスがカルボキシル官能性ラテックスである請求項 10記載の方法。 12. 前記接着された積層基材が、116℃で250g重量の荷重に対して離 層耐性である請求項11記載の方法。 13. 前記樹脂が、1.0重量部以上のメトキシメチルメラミンホルムアルデ ヒド樹脂から成る請求項10記載の方法。 14. 前記基材が、多孔質基材と非多孔質基材から成る請求項10記載の方法 。 15. 前記加熱工程中に、前記アミンが揮発し、前記pHか16以下に低下し て、カルボキシル基とイミノ基との間の反応を触媒することができる酸基を生成 する請求項10記載の方法。 16. 前記アミンがアルカノールアミンである請求項10記載の方法。 17. 前記アルカノールアミンが、ジメチルエタノールアミン又はジエチルエ タノールアミンである請求項10記載の方法。 18. 前記アミンが、20℃で1mm〜4mmの蒸気圧を有する請求項10記 載の方法、 19. 前記ラテックスの唯一の官能性がカルボキシル官能性及びヒドロキシル 官能性である請求項10記載の方法。 20. 請求項10の方法によって製造された積層品。 21. 前記高温が、99℃以上である請求項10記載の方法。 22. 前記混合物が、10〜30部のアクリル・ラテックス;70〜85部の ポリウレタン分散系;0.2〜1.0部の第三級アミン;及び1〜3部のメラミ ン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂からなる請求項10記載の方法。 23. 20部のアクリル・ラテックス;77部のポリウレタン分散系;0.6 部の第三級アミン;及び1.5部のメラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂からなる請 求項22記載の方法。 24. 官能性アクリルラテックス及びポリウレタン分散系を第三級アミンと混 合し;pHを8以上にさせ;前記混合物をメラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂に添加 し;水性液体接着剤を生成させ;前記接着剤を第1の基材上に分配し;前記コー テッド基材を乾燥させ;前記コーテッド基材をローリングし;該ロールを製造場 所に輸送し;前記基材を巻き出し;該第1の基材を第2の基材に当てはめて該第 1の基材のコーテッド表面を前記第2の基材に隣接させ;該基材を加圧下て加熱 し;前記接着剤を硬化させ、硬化熱硬化性樹脂接着剤を有する前記基材を除去し ;116℃で離層耐性を有する2つの基材の積層法。 25. 前記アクリルラテックス官能性が唯一のカルボキシル官能性及びヒドロ キシル官能性である請求項24記載の方法。 26. 多孔質基材と非孔質基材から成る請求項24記載の方法。 27. 前記加熱工程中に、前記アミンが揮発し、前記pHが7以下に低下して 、カルボキシル基とイミノ基との間の反応を触媒することができる酸基を生成す る請求項24記載の方法。 28. 前記第3級アミンがアルカノールアミンである請求項24記載の方法。 29. 前記アルカノールアミンが、ジメチルエタノールアミン又はジエチルエ タノールアミンである請求項24記載の方法。 30. 前記アミンが、20℃で1mm〜4mmの蒸気圧を有する請求項24記 載の方法。 31. 前記混合物が、10〜30部のアクリル・ラテックス;70〜85部の ポリウレタン分散系;0.2〜1.0部の第三級アミン;及び1〜3部のメラミ ン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂からなる請求項24記載の方法。 32. 20部のアクリル・ラテックス;77部のポリウレタン分散系;0.6 部の第三級アミン;及び1.5部のメラミン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂からなる請 求項31記載の方法。
