Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1組のビットの振幅値を測定し、 前記振幅値を目標エネルギーレベルに対して比較し、 前記比較ステップに応答して第2組のビットを発生することを備え、 伝送パワーが前記第2組のビットに従って調節される CDMA方式における伝送パワーを制御する方法。 2.前記目標エネルギーレベルが通信の初期の段階で、およびまたは受信され た信号の測定された性能に応答して設定される請求項1の方法。 3.前記第2組のビットを目的局に伝送することをさらに備え、 前記目的局の伝送パワーが前記第2組のビットに従って調節される請求項1ま たは2の方法。 4.受信された信号の測定された性能に応答して前記目標エネルギーレベルを 調節することをさらに備えた請求項1,2または3の方法。 5.伝送パワーをシステム制御器からの一組の指令に従って訂正することをさ らに備えた先行する請求項の何れかによる方法。 6.前記測定することがさらに 前記第1組のビットに対応している少なくとも1つの信号経路で受信し、 案内信号および濾波されたデータを得るために前記少なくとも1つの信号経路 の各々を復調し、 符号化された目盛出力を得るために前記案内信号と濾波されたデータの点乗積 を計算し、 組み合わされた目盛出力を得るために前記少なくとも1つの信号経路からの前 記符号化された目盛出力を組合わせることを備えた先行する請求項の何れかによ る方法。 7.前記第1組のビットの前記振幅値を得るため前記組み合わされた目盛出力 を濾波することをさらに備えた請求項6の方法。 8.前記組み合すことが 前記第1組のビットの同一の流れを搬送する前記少なくとも1つの信号経路か らの前記符号化された目盛出力を論理的に合計し、 前記第l組のビットの非同一の流れを搬送する前記少なくとも1つの信号経路 からの前記符号化された目盛出力の絶対値を合計することを備えた請求項6また は7の方法。 9.調節することが、 フレーム誤差の指示に応答して上方向ステップにより前記目標エネルギーレベ ルを増加し、 フレーム誤差の不存在に応答して下方向ステップにより前記目標エネルギーレ ベルを減少することを備えた請求項4または請求項5ないし8の何れかによる方 法。 10.調節することが、 もし前記第1組のビットの前記振幅値が最小エネルギーレベル以下なら前記目 標エネルギーレベルを維持することを備えた請求項9の方法。 11.前記上方向ステップおよび前記下方向ステップが通信の初期段階で、お よびまたは前記受信された信号の測定された性能に応答して設定される請求項9 または10の方法。 12.前記上方向ステップおよび前記下方向ステップが前記目標エネルギーレ ベルの関数である請求項9または10の方法。 13.調節することが、 2つの連続するフレーム誤差の指示に応答して前記目標エネルギーレベルを維 持し、 前記増加ステップがフレーム誤差の指示および2つの連続する先行データフレ ームのフレーム誤差の不存在に応答していることを備えた請求項9の方法。 14.前記訂正することが、 前記第2組のビットの少なくとも1組を受信し、 前記第2組のビットの少なくとも1組間からのビットの組を選択し、 前記伝送パワーが前記選択されたビットの組に従って訂正される請求項5また は請求項6ないし13の何れかによる方法。 15.前記第2組のビットの各ビットが前記第1組のビットの最も遅い可能性 のあるパワー制御ビット位置から固定遅れの後伝送される請求項3または請求項 4ないし14の何れかによる方法。 16.前記第2組のビットの各ビットが前記第1組のビットの受信されたビッ トから固定遅れの後伝送される請求項3または請求項4ないし14の何れかによ る方法。 17.前記第2組のビットの各ビットが1つのパワー制御グループより少ない 持続を有するパルスで伝送される請求項3または請求項4ないし14の何れかに よる方法。 18.第1組のビットと目標エネルギーレベルとを受信し、前記第1組のビッ トおよび前記目標エネルギーレベルに応答した第2組のビットを供給する、受信 された信号の質を目標エネルギーレベルに維持するための第1のパワー制御ルー プと、 フレーム誤差の指示と性能閾値とを受け、前記測定された性能および前記性能 閾値に応答して前記第1のパワー制御ループに前記目標エネルギーレベルを供給 する、前記受信された信号の測定された性能を維持するための第2のパワー制御 ループとを備えた CDMA方式における伝送パワーを制御する装置。 19.前記第1のパワー制御ループが、 前記第1組のビットに対応している少なくとも1つの信号経路で受信する受信 手段と、 符号化された目盛出力を得るために前記少なくとも1つの信号経路の各々を復 調する復調手段と、 組み合わされた目盛出力を得るため前記少なくとも1つの信号経路からの前記 符号化された目盛出力を組合わせる組合わせ手段と、 前記組み合わされた目盛出力を前記目標エネルギーレベルと比較し前記比較に 応答して前記第2組のビットを生じる比較手段とを備えた 請求項18の装置。 20.前記第2のパワー制御ループが、 フレーム誤差の指示に応答して上方向ステップにより前記目標エネルギーレベ ルを増加し、フレーム誤差の不存在に応答して下方向ステップにより前記目標エ ネルギーレベルを減少する閾値調節回路手段を備える請求項18または19の装 置。 21.前記復調手段が案内信号と濾波されたデータを得るため前記少なくとも 1つの信号経路の各々を復調し、前記復調手段がされに、 前記案内信号と濾波されたデータに基づいて前記符号化された目盛出力を生じ る点乗積回路手段を備える請求項19または20の装置。 22.第1のパワー制御ループがさらに、 濾波された出力を得るため前記組み合わされた目盛出力を濾波するフィルタ手 段を備え、前記比較手段が前記濾波された出力を前記目標エネルギーレベル対し て比較する請求項19ないし21の何れかの装置。 23.前記目標エネルギーレベルが通信の初期の段階で、およびまたは受信さ れた信号の測定された性能に応答して設定される請求項20の装置。 24.前記上方向ステップおよび前記下方向ステップが通信の初期段階で、お よびまたは前記受信された信号の測定された性能に応答して設定される請求項2 0の装置。 25.1つまたはそれ以上の基準局と1つまたはそれ以上の遠隔局とを備えた 無線通信方式における基準局の制御器であって、 遠隔局のための第1の伝送チャンネルにパワー制御信号と共に通信信号を伝送 する送信機と、 遠隔局からの第2の伝送チャンネルに信号を受信し、その信号が遠隔局により 第1の伝送チャンネルで受信されたパワー制御信号から得られた属性を表示する 受信機と、 受信機により受信された信号を処理し、かつ処理された信号に依存 して送信機により第1の伝送チャンネルに伝送されたパワー制御信号を制御する 処理装置とを備えた制御器。 26.1つまたはそれ以上の基準局と1つまたはそれ以上の遠隔局とを備えた 無線通信方式において使用される遠隔局であって、 基準局により第1の伝送チャンネルに伝送されるパワー制御信号と共に1つま たはそれ以上の通信信号を受信する受信機と、 受信機により受信された1つまたはそれ以上の属性をパワー制御信号から引き 出すため受信機により受信された1つまたはそれ以上の信号を処理する処理装置 と、 伝送パワーが受信されたパワー制御信号により決定され、受信された通信信号 の属性を表す第2の伝送チャンネルに基準局のための信号を伝送する送信機とを 備えた遠隔局。
