Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.300℃以上の温度に安定な耐熱性のある多層の、こびりつかないコーテ イングを基材上に含んでなる表面を有する製品において、該多層のコーテイング が(1)基材に付着されたプライマー、(2)こびりつかない、耐熱性で光透過 性のトップコート、及び(3)随時1つまたはそれ以上の中間コーテイングを含 んでなり、但しトップコートは、(4)不連続層を通して該プライマーに付着す るいずれかの中間コーテイングに付着し、或いは中間コーテイングの不在下には プライマーに直接付着し、なおトップコートの下のコーテイングは第1の色を有 し、この不連続層は球状物を含んでなり且つトップコートの下のコーテイング上 に存在して、その面積の高々約80%を被覆し、該球状物が該トップコートを通 して見られるような該第1の色と視覚的に異なり且つ足算的に混合して見える色 を形成する少なくとも2つの異なる色を有する粒子を含む、該製品。 2.見える色が雲母または酸化物でコーテイングされた雲母を含む球状物の干 渉し合う色である、請求の範囲1の製品。 3.干渉のよる色が銅及び青色を有する雲母を含んでなる粒子によって形成さ れ、そして得られる色が少なくとも25cmの距離から見てワイン色を含む、請 求の範囲2の製品。 4.耐熱性コーテイングがパーフルオロ化エチレン重合体または共重合体を含 んでなる、請求の範囲1の製品。 5.連続コーテイングを基材上に噴霧することを含んでなり、且つ不連続層の 異なる色の球状物がこれを中間コーテイング上に一緒に噴霧し、ついで得られる コーテイングを硬化させることによって適用される、請 求の範囲1の製品の製造法。 6.連続コーテイングを基材上に噴霧することを含んでなり、且つ不連続層の 異なる色の球状物がこれを中間コーテイング上に別々に噴霧し、ついで得られる コーテイングを硬化させることによって適用される、請求の範囲1の製品の製造 法。 7.PTFE分散液、PFA分散液、少なくとも1つの溶媒、少なくとも1つ の顔料、少なくとも1つの表面活性剤、セリウム含有触媒、アクリル分散液及び 少なくとも1つの染料を含んでなる組成物。 8.染料がFD&C黄色5号、FD&C青色1号及びFD&C赤色40号から なる群から選択される少なくとも1員を含んでなる、請求の範囲7の組成物。 9.該組成物が約150〜225cpsの粘度を有する、請求の範囲7の組成 物。 10.該顔料が金属酸化物のコーテイングされた雲母を含んでなる干渉し合う 顔料である、請求の範囲7の組成物。 11.該基材と接触したプライマー層、プライマー層上の1つまたはそれ以上 の随意の中間層、該プライマー層の上の且つ随時該中間層と接触した不連続層、 但し1つまたはそれ以上の干渉し合う顔料を無作為に位置する区域に含んでなる 不連続層、及び該不連続層と接触したトップコートを含んでなる、コーテイング された基材。 12.該干渉し合う顔料が二酸化チタンをコーテイングした雲母を含んでなる 、請求の範囲11の基材。 13、無作為に位置する区域が直径約0.5〜約5.0mm及び高さ約2.5 〜約12ミクロンである、請求の範囲11の基材。 14.トップコートが光に透明である、請求の範囲11の基材。 15.プライマー層及び不連続層が異なった色である、請求の範囲11の基材 。 16.無作為に位置する区域が少なくとも2つの異なった色を有する個々の領 域を含んでなる、請求の範囲11の基材。 17.該色が足算的である、請求の範囲16の基材。 18.該色がプライマー層の色とも異なる、請求の範囲16の基材。
