【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 酸素化物からオレフィンへの転化プロセスにおいて軽オレフィンの収率を増大させる方法であって、以下の工程： 酸素化物供給原料を、一次リアクター中、温度２５０℃〜６００℃で、シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいを含む触媒と接触させ、Ｃ ２ 及びＣ ３ オレフィン含有画分及びＣ ４ ＋ 炭化水素含有画分を含む生成物を形成する工程；
Ｃ ４ ＋ 炭化水素含有画分を、Ｃ ２ 及びＣ ３ オレフィン含有画分から分離する工程；及び
少なくとも分離したＣ ４ ＋ 炭化水素含有画分の一部と触媒とを、一次リアクター中で接触させる工程を含む方法。
【請求項２】 酸素化物及び重炭化水素生成物と接触させるシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、ＳＡＰＯ−４４、ＳＡＰＯ−３４、ＳＡＰＯ−１８及びＳＡＰＯ−１７からなる群から選択される、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項３】 酸素化物及び重炭化水素生成物と接触させるシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、ＳＡＰＯ−３４である、請求項１記載の方法。
【請求項４】 酸素化物からオレフィンへの転化プロセスにおいて軽オレフィンの収率を増大させる方法であって、以下の工程：酸素化物供給原料を、一次リアクター中、温度２５０℃〜６００℃で、シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいを含む触媒と接触させ、Ｃ ２ 及びＣ ３ オレフィン含有画分及びＣ ４ ＋ 炭化水素含有画分を含む生成物を形成する工程；
Ｃ ４ ＋ 炭化水素含有画分を、Ｃ ２ 及びＣ ３ オレフィン含有画分から分離する工程；及び
少なくとも分離したＣ ４ ＋ 炭化水素含有画分の一部とシリコアルミノホスフェートまたはＺＳＭ−５を含む触媒とを、補助リアクター中で接触させる工程を含む方法。
【請求項５】 一次リアクター及び補助リアクター中のシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、ＳＡＰＯ−４４、ＳＡＰＯ−３４、ＳＡＰＯ−１８及びＳＡＰＯ−１７からなる群から選択される、請求項４記載の方法。
【請求項６】 シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、ＳＡＰＯ−３４である、請求項５記載の方法
