Description
【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 酸素化物からオレフィンへの転化プロセスにおいて軽オレフィンの収率を増大させる方法であって、以下の工程: 酸素化物供給原料を、一次リアクター中、温度250℃〜600℃で、シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいを含む触媒と接触させ、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分及びC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を含む生成物を形成する工程;
C 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分から分離する工程;及び
少なくとも分離したC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分の一部と触媒とを、一次リアクター中で接触させる工程を含む方法。
【請求項2】 酸素化物及び重炭化水素生成物と接触させるシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−44、SAPO−34、SAPO−18及びSAPO−17からなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 酸素化物及び重炭化水素生成物と接触させるシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−34である、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】 酸素化物からオレフィンへの転化プロセスにおいて軽オレフィンの収率を増大させる方法であって、以下の工程:酸素化物供給原料を、一次リアクター中、温度250℃〜600℃で、シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいを含む触媒と接触させ、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分及びC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を含む生成物を形成する工程;
C 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分から分離する工程;及び
少なくとも分離したC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分の一部とシリコアルミノホスフェートまたはZSM−5を含む触媒とを、補助リアクター中で接触させる工程を含む方法。
【請求項5】 一次リアクター及び補助リアクター中のシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−44、SAPO−34、SAPO−18及びSAPO−17からなる群から選択される、請求項4記載の方法。
【請求項6】 シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−34である、請求項5記載の方法
【請求項1】 酸素化物からオレフィンへの転化プロセスにおいて軽オレフィンの収率を増大させる方法であって、以下の工程: 酸素化物供給原料を、一次リアクター中、温度250℃〜600℃で、シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいを含む触媒と接触させ、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分及びC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を含む生成物を形成する工程;
C 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分から分離する工程;及び
少なくとも分離したC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分の一部と触媒とを、一次リアクター中で接触させる工程を含む方法。
【請求項2】 酸素化物及び重炭化水素生成物と接触させるシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−44、SAPO−34、SAPO−18及びSAPO−17からなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 酸素化物及び重炭化水素生成物と接触させるシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−34である、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】 酸素化物からオレフィンへの転化プロセスにおいて軽オレフィンの収率を増大させる方法であって、以下の工程:酸素化物供給原料を、一次リアクター中、温度250℃〜600℃で、シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいを含む触媒と接触させ、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分及びC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を含む生成物を形成する工程;
C 4 + 炭化水素含有画分を、C 2 及びC 3 オレフィン含有画分から分離する工程;及び
少なくとも分離したC 4 + 炭化水素含有画分の一部とシリコアルミノホスフェートまたはZSM−5を含む触媒とを、補助リアクター中で接触させる工程を含む方法。
【請求項5】 一次リアクター及び補助リアクター中のシリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−44、SAPO−34、SAPO−18及びSAPO−17からなる群から選択される、請求項4記載の方法。
【請求項6】 シリコアルミノホスフェート分子ふるいが、SAPO−34である、請求項5記載の方法
