Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 炭化水素原料を接触分解する方法であって、前記原料を、約1〜約12の 制約指数(Constraint Index)と0.2ミクロンより小さい結晶サイズを有するリ ン含有ゼオライトとを含む添加剤成分と、約7オングストロームより大きい細孔 サイズを有する大型細孔分子ふるいとを含んでなる触媒組成物と、接触させるス テップを含んでなる接触分解方法。 2. 前記添加剤成分のゼオライトが0.1ミクロンより小さい結晶サイズを有 することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 3. 前記添加剤成分のゼオライトが0.05ミクロンより小さい結晶サイズを有 することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 4. 前記添加剤成分のゼオライトが、ZSM−5、ZSM−11、ZSM− 12、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、ZSM−35、ZSM−48、ZSM−5 7、PSH−3とMCM−22からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 5. 前記添加剤成分のゼオライトが、ZSM−5であることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 6. 前記大型細孔分子ふるいが、ゼオライトYであることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の接触分解方法。 7. 前記大型細孔分子ふるいに対する前記中型細孔ゼオライトの重量比が、 約0.005〜0.50であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 8. 前記大型細孔分子ふるいに対する前記中型細孔ゼオライトの重量比が、 約0.001〜0.25であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 9. 前記添加剤成分のゼオライトが、元素測定によって約0.1〜約10重量% のリンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触分解方法。 10. 前記添加剤成分のゼオライトが、元素測定によって約1〜約5重量% のリンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
