Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁であって、燃料高圧源から出る燃料のための供 給部(5)を有するハウジング(1)と、このハウジング内で案内されている噴 射弁ニードルとを有しており、噴射弁ニードルがその一方の端部に配置されてい るシール面でハウジング内の弁座と協働して、常時供給部(5)と接続されてい る圧力室と少なくとも1つの噴射口との間の接続を制御するようになっており、 さらに他方の端部ではZ字形絞り(8)を介して常時供給部(5)と接続されシ リンダ(4)内で可動壁(6)に仕切られた制御圧力室(7)内で少なくとも間 接的に圧力にさらされており、この可動壁(6)が噴射弁ニードルと作用接続し ており、制御圧力室(7)から排出絞り(26)を包含する放圧管路(25)導 き出されており、放圧管路(25)の放圧室内への出口が電磁弁(29)によっ て制御され、その弁部材(45、50)が可動子(40)と接続されてインサー ト(10)内で案内されており、このインサート(10)が電磁弁(29)の弁 座(28)と、排出絞り(26)および制御圧力室(7)を有する放圧管路(2 5)とを収容し、電磁弁(29)のハウジング(34)を介して燃料噴射弁のハ ウジング(1)と緊定される形式のものにおいて、イン サート(10)がさらに可動壁(6)を有するシリンダ(4)を収容することを 特徴とする、内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁。 2.可動子がインサート(10)のポット状凹部(42)の内部で調節可能な扁 平可動子(40)として形成されており、この凹部(42)により扁平可動子( 40)を取り囲む縁部(43)が形成され、この縁部(43)に同時に電磁弁( 29)の電磁石のハウジング(34)の一部が当接するようになっており、弁部 材(45、50)が閉鎖位置にあるとき縁部(43)が可動子行程の量だけ可動 子(40)から張り出す、請求項1記載の装置。 3.インサート(10)の縁部(43)と電磁弁(29)のハウジング(34) との間で残留隙間を規定する中間板(55)が固定されており、この中間板(5 5)が扁平可動子(40)の外周面領域に対するストッパとして働く、請求項2 記載の燃料噴射弁。 4.弁部材がプランジャ(45)からなり、プランジャ(45)が可動子(40 )と一体的であり、弁座(28)の側に向かってシール部材として球(50)を 有しており、この球(50)がプランジャ(45)の操作方向に対して直交方向 に移動可能に案内されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴 射弁。 5.電磁弁(29)が締付けナット(35)を介して燃料噴射弁のハウジング( 1)と緊定されており、同時に電磁弁(29)のハウジング(34)を介してイ ンサート(10)が燃料噴射弁のハウジング(1)上に押圧される、請求項1か ら4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
