Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)とアンチロックコントロールシステム(12)を備 え、このアンチロックコントロールシステムが液圧ポンプ(19,20)を備 えている、特に自動車のための液圧ブレーキ装置(1)において、ブレーキ倍 力装置(6)の故障を認識することができ、かつブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故 障した後でブレーキ力を発生するためにポンプ(19,20)を使用すること ができる手段が設けられていることを特徴とするブレーキ装置(1)。 2.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故障した後でポンプ(19,20)がセンサまた はスイッチ(8)によって始動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブ レーキ装置(1)。 3.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故障した後でポンプ(19,20)がセンサまた はスイッチ(8)によって停止可能であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のブ レーキ装置(1)。 4.センサまたはスイッチが圧力センサとして形成されていることを特徴とする 請求項2記載のブレーキ装置(1)。 5.ポンプが制動灯スイッチ(8)によって切換え可能であることを特徴とする 請求項2または3記載のブレーキ装置(1)。 6.弁(27,33)が設けられ、この弁により、ブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故 障した後でポンプ(19,20)の送出側がブレーキ倍力装置(6)から分離 可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ装 置(1)。 7.弁(30,34)が設けられ、この弁により、ブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故 障した後でポンプ(19,20)の吸込み側がブレーキ倍力装置(6)に接続 可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ装 置(1)。 8.両弁(27,30,33,34)の少なくとも一方がトラクションコントロ ールシステム(13)の構成部品であることを特徴とする請求項6または7記 載のブレーキ装置(1)。 9.弁(27,30,33,34)として、高圧作用時に開放する電気切換え弁 が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一つに記載のブレ ーキ装置(1)。 10.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)の後の圧力とポンプ(19,20)の送出側の圧力 を測定するためのセンサ(35,36,37)が設けられていることを特徴と する請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ装置(1)。 11.2個のブレーキ回路(4,5)が設けられ、このブレーキ回路がそれぞれ1 つの液圧ポンプ(19,20)を備え、ブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故障した後 で、両ポンプ(19,20)がブレーキカを発生するために使用可能であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ装置(1)。 12.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)とアンチロックコントロールシステム(12)を備 え、このアンチロックコントロールシステムが液圧ポンプ(19,20)を備 えている、特に自動車のための液圧ブレーキ装置(1)を運転するための方法 において、ブレーキ倍力装置(6)の故障が認識され、ブレーキ倍力装置(6 )の故障を認識した後で、ポンプ(19,20)がブレーキ力を発生するため に使用されることを特徴とする方法。 13.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)が故障した後でポンプ(19,20)がセンサまた はスイッチ(8)によって始動させられることを特徴とする請求項12記載の 方法。 14.ポンプ(19,20)が圧力センサによって始動させられることを特徴とす る請求項13記載の方法。 15.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)の故障を認識した後でポンプ(19,20)が制動 灯スイッチ(8)によって始動および停止させられることを特徴とする請求項 13記載の方法。 16.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)の故障を認識した後でポンプ(19,20)の送出 側がブレーキ倍力装置(6)から分離されることを特徴とする請求項12〜1 5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 17.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)の故障を認識した後でポンプ(19,20)が作動 したままであり、アンチロックコントロールシステム(12)によって車輪の ロックが阻止されることを特徴とする請求項12または13記載の方法。 18.ブレーキ倍力装置(6)の故障を認識した後でブレーキ倍力装置(6)の圧 力とポンプ(19,20)の送出側の圧力が測定され、この測定値に依存して ポンプ(19,20)が始動および停止させられることを特徴とする請求項1 2〜16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
