Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ASA樹脂組成物100重量部全体に対して30〜50重量部の単量体と 、30〜60重量部の芳香族ビニル化合物と、10〜20重量部のシアン化ビニ ル化合物とを含有するアクリレートスチレンアクリロニトリル(ASA)樹脂を 製造する方法において、 a)ASA樹脂組成物100重量部全体に対して30〜50重量部のアルキル アクリレート単量体と、0.1〜4重量部のメチルメタクリレート(MMA)と 、0.1〜6重量部のアクリロニトリル(AN)とを同時に共重合させることに よってアルキルアクリレートゴム重合体を製造する段階と、 b)アルキルアクリレートゴム重合体にASA樹脂組成物100重量部全体に 対して40〜60重量部の芳香族ビニル化合物とシアン化ビニル化合物をグラフ ト化する段階と、 を含むASA樹脂製造方法。 2.前記b)段階で12〜18の炭素数を有するアルキルスルホスクシネート 金属塩、アルキル硫酸エステル、スルホン酸金属塩のような乳化剤を添加する請 求項1に記載のASA樹脂製造方法。 3.前記乳化剤はASA樹脂単量体100重量部全体に対して0.2〜1.0 重量部添加する請求項2に記載のASA樹脂製造方法。 4.前記アクリレートゴム重合体は粒径が2500〜5000Åであり、pH が5〜9である請求項1に記載のASA樹脂製造方法。 5.前記ASA樹脂は粒径が3000〜6000Åであり、pHが8〜11で ある請求項1に記載のASA樹脂製造方法。 6.前記b)段階の乳化剤はロジン酸金属塩又は12〜20の炭素数を有する カルボキシリックアシッド金属塩である請求項1に記載のASA樹脂製造方法。 7.前記乳化剤の使用量はASA樹脂単量体100重量部全体に対して0.5 〜3.0重量部である請求項6に記載のASA樹脂製造方法。 8.a)ASA樹脂組成物100重量部全体に対して30〜50重量部のアル キルアクリレート単量体と、0.1〜4重量部のメチルメタクリレート(MMA )と、0.1〜6重量部のアクリロニトリル(AN)とを同時に共重合させるこ とによって製造されるアルキルアクリレートゴム重合体と、 b)ASA樹脂組成物100重量部全体に対して40〜60重量部の芳香族ビ ニル化合物と、 c)ASA樹脂組成物100重量部全体に対して10〜20重量部のシアン化 ビニル化合物と、 をグラフト化することによって製造されるASA樹脂組成物。 9.前記アルキルアクリレートはブチルアクリレートである請求項8に記載の ASA樹脂組成物。 10.前記メタクリレートはメチルメタクリレートである請求項8に記載のA SA樹脂組成物。 11.前記芳香族ビニル化合物はスチレンである請求項8に記載のASA樹脂 組成物。 12.前記シアン化ビニル化合物はアクリロニトリルである請求項8に記載の ASA樹脂組成物。
