Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の一般構造式を有する蛍光色素であって、 上式において、Rは−OH、−CO2H、−NH2または−NCSであり、xおよ びyは、独立して、1から約10の間の整数である。 2.前記Rが−OHで、xが2から6の間の整数であり、yが2から6の間の 整数である請求の範囲1に記載の蛍光色素。 3.前記Rが−COOHで、xが2から6の間の整数であり、yが2から6の 間の整数である請求の範囲1に記載の蛍光色素。 4.N−(6−ヒドロキシヘキシル)N’−(4−スルホナートブチル)−3 ,3,3’,3’−テトラメチルベンズインドジカルボシアニン。 5.N−(5−カルボキシペンチル)N’−(4−スルホナートブチル)−3 ,3,3’,3’−テトラメチルベンズインドジカルボシアニン。 6.前記色素におけるR基が−OHである、請求の範囲1に記載の色素のホス ホロアミダイト(phosphoramidite)。 7.請求の範囲1の色素によりラベル化したヌクレオチド類似体。 8.以下の一般構造式から成る色素ラベル化したヌクレオチド類似体であって 、上式において各xおよびyは、独立して、1から10の間の整数であり、各Mは 、独立して、Li、Na、K、NH4、(CH3)3NH、(CH3CH2)3NH、 (CH3CH2)4Nまたは(CH3)4Nから選択される。 9.以下の一般構造式から成る色素ラベル化したヌクレオチド類似体であって 上式において各xおよびyは、独立して、1から10の間の整数であり、各Mは 、独立して、Li、Na、K、NH4、(CH3)3NH、(CH3CH2)3NH、 (CH3CH2)4Nまたは(CH3)4Nから選択される。 10.各xおよびyが2乃至6の整数である請求の範囲8または請求の範囲9 に記載の色素ラベル化したヌクレオチド類似体。 11.請求の範囲1の色素によりラベル化したDNA鎖終結剤。 12.以下の一般構造式を有する蛍光色素ラベル化したDNA鎖終結剤であっ て、 上式において、各xおよびyは、独立して1乃至約10から選択される整数であ る。 13.以下の一般構造式を有する蛍光色素ラベル化したDNA鎖終結剤であっ て、 上式において、各xおよびyは、独立して1乃至約10から選択される整数であ る。 14.以下の一般構造式を有する蛍光色素ラベル化したDNA鎖終結剤であっ て、 上式において、各xおよびyは、独立して1乃至約10から選択される整数であ る。 15.以下の一般構造式を有する蛍光色素ラベル化したDNA鎖終結剤であっ て、 上式において、各xおよびyは、独立して1乃至約10から選択される整数であ る。 16.各xおよびyが独立して2乃至6の整数である請求の範囲12、請求の 範囲13、請求の範囲14または請求の範囲15のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光色 素ラベル化したDNA鎖終結剤。 17.N−(6−ヒドロキシヘキシル)−1,1,2−トリメチル−1H−ベ ンズインドーリニウムハライド。 18.N−(6−ヒドロキシヘキシル)−1,1,2−トリメチル−1H−ベ ンズインドーリニウムブロマイド。
