Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸素が反応剤の一つであり、酸素含有ガス混合物から供給され、酸素は酸素 イオンおよび電子の混合伝導膜から高温で掃引ガスにより透過側から取り上げら れ、このように形成された酸素含有掃引ガスを触媒的または非触媒的プロセスの 反応剤とする、触媒的または非触媒的プロセスを実施する方法 2.燃料を燃焼することによる掃引ガス予備加熱器として設計された触媒的また は非触媒的反応器の中で掃引ガスが予備加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1 の方法。 3.掃引ガスとして使用される工程ガスが、膜装置の下流の反応器からの気相生 成物または気相生成物の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 4.膜装置の下流の反応器からの気相生成物または気相生成物の一部が主反応で 利用されない酸素を含有し、該工程ガスが掃引ガス予備加熱器の酸化剤として適 用されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 5.掃引ガスとして使用される工程ガスがスチーム含有ガスであり、スチームを 化学量論的な量の燃料および空気と混合しこのように形成された混合物を掃引ガ ス予備加熱器に供給し、スチームを含有する掃引ガスの温度を400℃および1 300℃の間に上昇させることにより加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1の 方法。 6.膜装置を出る掃引ガスの組成および酸素含有量が、掃引ガス予備加熱器への 供給流および膜装置の透過側への酸素移動の量を調整することにより、触媒的ま たは非触媒的プロセスからの生成物流に所望の温度上昇およびガス組成を与える ように調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 7.スチーム、水、触媒的または非触媒的反応器での反応に関与しない不活性ガ スまたはガス混合物等の冷却媒体を添加することにより掃引ガス予備加熱器内で の温度上昇が調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 8.膜装置から取り出される酸素含有掃引ガスは、触媒的反応器内で炭化水素燃 料と反応することによるアンモニア生成の合成ガスの製造に使用されることを特 徴とする、請求項1の方法。 9.掃引ガスとして使用される工程ガスは、硝酸プロセスのアンモニアバーナー から出るNO含有ガスであり、かつそれから形成される酸素含有ガスは硝酸製造 に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 10.主製品は掃引ガス予備加熱器内で形成され、掃引ガス予備加熱器を出るガ スは膜装置の掃引ガスとして使用され、そして酸素を含有する掃引ガスは冷却さ れて一つの製品流と一つの酸素含有流として分離され、そして該酸素含有流は掃 引ガス予備加熱器に酸化剤として再循環されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方 法。
